I don’t recommend it .The room is not clean . Broken doors,broken lights. And also it is quite old. The wall is sooooo dusty. And the last but not the least is the room is so small. The price for the room is not worth it.

Good location, just a few blocks away from Nippori station (you can go directly to Narita Airport via Skyliner at this station). This area is near Ueno, so if you want to go to Ueno park, it’s just a station or two away. As for amenities, there are vending machines and coin laundry in the 1st floor of the hotel. The reception is also closed at certain hours, but you can still get in touch with staff should you have any concerns. The building itself looks a bit old, but is good enough for the price. The room is also on the small side, so it’s a bit challenging to open a large size luggage.

Location is near to station. The building is quite old while rooms are clean and tidy. Standard facilities with quite small bathroom but with wash and bath tub. Refrigerator, microwave, hot water kettle, phone charger are plus to us. Near to 7-eleven and many restaurants. Travel with ease and speed between Narita Airport and Nippori Station in just 30-40 minutes with a Tokyo Skyliner.

It's a bit old. But for price friendly trip, this will be a choice as it locates at a Rippori Station at a very close distance. And there are plently of restaurants for tourists to exprience the local meal of Japanese daily life.

I think not bad for Price , place even during golden week. But didn’t receive room cleaning service free for 4 days stay. If you have plan for long stay, FYI.

The hotel is just 5mins walk from Nippori Station. There is a 14 hours restaurant just 1 mins walk from the hotel which offer cheap and convinence food. With convinence store nearby as well. The area is not as busy as expected. The size and equipment of thr hotel is small and simple bit u cannot request more for what u r paying. In short, it is cost justify and worth to stay
