Customer service is 10/10. Clean. Good room smell. Great breakfast thats included with normal hotel stay. Very helpful staff.

Hotel was very good. Buffet breakfast is a bonus. Got washing machine inside room n microwave. Ice machine was good n 24hrs complimentary coffe n hot chocolate was lovely. Room was spacious albeit a bid dated but overall a nice stay at this hotel

For people looking for a place that feels very intimate with the local community, this place is perfect. Close to many common amenities, but also close to shops that you will not find in central Tokyo. The room was clean and tidy, with free amenities. Hotel staff was friendly. At this hotel you can also request luggage postal services. Perfect for people traveling to Disney and other parks in the area.

So close to the stations, a lot of food nearby, family mart just across the street.

Staff are very courteous n helpful. We leave our luggages at the hotel n went for sightseeing. Came back to the hotel after 10pm to check in, they already bought our lugguages into the room. Very good service provided by them.:)

There were not Vegetarian breakfast options,please ask them to add vegetarian food.

Room on the site photo looks nice and clean, but it’s totally different on the actual, its so messy and has strong odor to think that we chose the non smoking room, same goes with toilet and bath the floor is terribly untidy. To the management please take into consideration the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities.

Situated on the residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo city centre. Love that quietness, but being away from city centre also means you need to take around 40 mins train ride each time you head to city. Free breakfast. Not for fussy people. No complaints since it is free. Room is spacious, clean, quiet. room decor is pleasant and in good condition. Room facilities are all functional. Staffs were very professional and helpful. There is a really big park with aquarium nearby, just a few bus stops away! Will return and will recommend!

Superb hotel and staff

Good hotel, very convenient and fast to transfer anywhere. Breakfast is included. The croissants and soft-boiled eggs are the most delicious. I will never get tired of eating them. I will choose this restaurant again in the future. It is a 5-minute walk from the subway entrance. Eating is convenient and there are many varieties. I like it.
