This is amazing hotel, with a bathtub, amazing view from the window, nearly have all convenient store, they even give japansese traditional kimono as bath rope, love my stay and wil book again. And it is very near to all public transport

I recently stayed at a hotel near Shinjuku station, and it was a good experience overall. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy for me to travel to other places like Fuji mountain. The staff were friendly.

This place is nice!!! From the check in till check out, very easy. Hotel is clean, ammenities is very good!

Location was good, many amenities was amazing! But the air conditioner a bit dirt smell, the room not soundproof, if u visit shinjuku u can stay at siena hotel, overal was good choice with siena hotel

We stayed at the suite room but we are really disappointed specially the bathroom and toilet was soooo dirty the molds, the dust and hair everywhere..unbelievable the toilet looks like the public toilet and also the air condition so noisy we can’t sleep that night😨

Thank you for your continued support. It has already become the base of my activities in Tokyo, but I am thinking about registering as a member with Siena soon. The room was well-cleaned and of impeccable quality, so I had a productive stay. If they offered breakfast, this would be a comfortable hotel that I would use often, even in high season. I left something in the bathroom, but they contacted me again on my way back to say that it had been found, so I was able to pick it up safely. It seems they looked for it again, I am also at fault for forgetting it, but thank you so much.

This is a clock hotel, and it's very close to Toobo Park and Kabukicho...you know, you know. The hotel facilities are very old and the rooms are relatively clean. Used masks were used on the anti-theft eyes when checking in. The service attitude of the service desk when checking in was very average. Not recommended except when traveling with limited travel budget

Although it was old, it was a comfortable hotel. It was reasonably priced and in a great location. I would like to book again if I have the opportunity.

The location is in the bustling area of ​​Kabuki Hall. If you are playing nearby at night, it is a good choice to stay in this hotel. I lived on the 10th floor and did not encounter the situation of being noisy in the middle of the night as other reviews said. It may be because it is on a high floor, so I didn't feel the noise. I think the overall cost performance is still good.
