Tokyo Business Hotel Reviews

It is extremely hot in Tokyo these days. I wish to stay in hotel room in the afternoon and go out at night. But the hotel disallow me in the room between 10am and 4pm for cleaning. It makes no sense.

Location in reasonable distance from Shinkuju station and close to Shinkuju Sanchome. Service was very helpful and English was very communicative. The only one issue was that they requested 500 yen for calling a taxi. Clean rooms and corridors. 1AM-6AM hotel is closed. Positive opinion for solo travelers spending time outside and using hotel mainly for sleeping and washing.

Extremely I mean extremely small room with one single bed. Room so small I hardly could open my suitcase. Worst was service, they want you to leave your room from 10 am to 4 pm, to clean your room, how long does it take to clean such a small room 6 hours ????? So if you are tired and want to rest you can’t. Worst of all on the first day reception called and said since you are paying at reception (not by my choice) if you cancel the online booking and come down to reception we can convert your reservation direct with hotel, and then you can stay during those hours ??? Why they need to us leave our room for 6 hours which we have paid for ??!!?? If ever going to Tokyo will make sure my filters are set NOT TO BOOK TJIS HOTEL AGAIN !!! The other issue was like a children’s boarding school dormitory, guest has to be back by 1 Am the doors are locked, where in the world you will see this ??? After my discussion with reception on these issues, I was about to cancel the reservation, one of the reception guys said we can do exception “only for you” and if after 1 am , I had to go on the side door ring and someone will open the door !!!!!! BIZARE !!!!!! I been traveling most of my life from Europe to US to south east Asia, Africa and Asia, never had such experience. Most of reception staff couldn’t speak English ! On my arrival dealing with all these issues with reception, caused me so much stress and anxiety ! If you want to keep your sanity on arrival to a new country: DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Very good location. The place is kinda old but well maintained. Issues is there is a time may need to vacate for housekeeping

The hotel is very clean and hygienic! The staff is very enthusiastic and polite. They clean the place every day, so you don't have to worry about your things being stolen. The facilities are also new and clean. The location is very good.

This hotel is very nice, clean, exquisite and has a good business. Especially the location is very good, just a ten-minute walk from the most prosperous Kabukicho, and it is quiet in the bustling city.

The room is not big, which is the case for all Japanese hotels. Convenient transportation, about 5 minutes and 600 meters to two subway stations. Two convenience stores and three restaurants are about 100 meters away. Shinjuku business district is within walking distance. Good location. Quiet, it should be in a middle-class residential area. Good hygiene and standardized service. There is a smoking area at the door. There are shared bicycles for rent. There is a free public bath on the first basement floor, which is comfortable to take a bath after coming back. There is a hot water tank in the washroom on each floor, which can be used to make tea, which is very good.

The hotel is very nice, with free breakfast and laundry. The hotel's services are basically self-service, so you don't have to worry about language barriers. There is also a free sauna, which can only be used for a few hours in the morning, and can be used for free the rest of the time.

The hotel has a lot of strange rules: 1. You cannot take the keys outside the hotel. As the woman from the reception told me: if the second guest returns earlier, he will always have access to the room. But I lived alone and there was no second guest. But those are the rules. It is inconvenient to go to the reception desk every time and give/pick up the keys. 2. The hotel has a so-called curfew. From 1 am to 6 am you will not be able to leave the hotel. The doors will be locked. Forget about nightlife in Shinjuku. 3. Every day from 10 to 16 you must leave the room as cleaning is carried out. Even if you don't need cleaning, you will be asked to leave. Pros: Cheap, clean, close to many attractions in Shinjuku.

Nice hotel, new facilities, attentive staff, very courteous. Bus one block away, and 7 minutes by bus to Shinjuku

The environment is very good, there is a large bathhouse, not far from the subway station

I think it's average. I was given a room at the end, which is not worth the price.
