This hotel has many attractions, but what was particularly impressive was the large public bath and sauna, as well as the wonderful room with a panoramic view of the Sumida River and Skytree. First, about the large public bath and sauna. Dormy Inn hotels are famous for the high quality of their hot spring facilities, and this facility did not disappoint. The clean and spacious large public bath is perfect for relieving the fatigue of your travels. The sauna in particular was excellent, with good temperature control, and I was able to thoroughly wash away the sweat. The cold bath was also at the right temperature, and by alternating with the sauna, I was able to feel the maximum refreshing effect. As this is a facility exclusively for guests, it was not crowded, and I was able to relax in a calm environment, which was also highly rated. Next, about the guest room. The room I stayed in this time was in a great location with a view of the Sumida River and Skytree. At night, the lighting of the Skytree was fantastic, and the view from the window was exactly the night view of Tokyo itself. In the morning, you can spend a luxurious time drinking coffee while watching the boats crossing the Sumida River and the surrounding cityscape, which makes you feel somehow calm even though you are in the city. I think that such a good view is a privilege unique to the Asakusa area. The staff were also kind and polite. When I checked in, they gave me a clear explanation of the facility and were happy to answer my questions about sightseeing, so I could tell that they were willing to support me in having a comfortable stay. Overall, Dormy Inn Express Asakusa is a very attractive hotel as a base for sightseeing and business. I particularly liked the fact that I could enjoy a stay unique to Asakusa, refreshing my mind and body in the large public bath and sauna and enjoying the spectacular view from my room. This is an accommodation I would definitely like to use again next time.
