Dormy Inn EXPRESS Asakusa Hot Spring Reviews

2nd time here. Lovin the location, onsen bath, breakfast and level of cleanliness. And the river view is amazing at night... Very recommended!

Location is near the Asakusa Station. Room was clean and having the riverside view was worth it. Additionally, they offer compliment foods/drinks at certain timing and have an onsen but very limited timing for females. Overall, it was a enjoyable stay.

Everything is good. I have always been staying with Dormy Inn whenever I travel to Japan. Love the supper and the welcome drinks. Also the public bath. However for this dormy inn, the bath for woman only open from 3pm to 8pm and only on Friday to Sunday. I hope the hotel can make it clear on this. Iadies wouldnt be able to use it if they come on certain days. But the footbath is good with nice view

The location is very good, just a few minutes from the subway station. A lot of restaurants nearby and the a department store just right opposite the hotel. Hotel provide free Ramen after 9:30 pm.

Location is close to metro exit but take note there’s no escalator or elevator so if your luggage is huge, you need to put in some muscles to get to ground level. Hotel is close by convenience store too!

Sisal flooring inside the bedrooms were so old with stained. Water closet was so small with the big auto clean facilities on top, it was difficult to use for male. The onsen bath on 10 floor had many time limitation for female guest, mainly for men’s only. A bit sex discrimination for female. Generally speaking , hotel needed to have a new renovations in future.

Good location and comfortable to travel oround asakusa

The most treasured value-for-money hotel in Asakusa. I have stayed here many times. The location is impeccable. Dormy's supporting services are also unique. The price is very reasonable, and you can also use Nono's hot spring.

Excellent location, beautiful environment, coffee at the door, rich and distinctive breakfast, hot soup is very comfortable, it is a very good accommodation experience

The family room is quite satisfactory, especially the balcony facing the Tokyo Skytree and Sumida River, with first-class views. The breakfast is also exquisite and delicious, and there is free ramen for supper in the evening. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that this hotel does not pay enough attention to female customers. The hot spring is only open to women on Fridays and Sundays, and is only open until 8:30 pm. After 8:30 pm, it is only for male guests. The bathroom provided in the room does not have dry and wet separation, and the faucets are divided into hot and cold faucets, which is very inconvenient. It is not recommended for single girls to stay, and it feels that some male customers who stay in the hotel will get drunk. The location of the hotel is very good, 100 meters away from Asakusa Station, which is very convenient. Overall, I will consider coming again. It would be perfect if the bathroom conditions are not improved.

The location is unbeatable, with the Ginza Line on the doorstep, a tourist area nearby, and lots of good food to eat. The hotel has a Skyline Footbath, where you can see the Skytree. The view is superb, and the children love it very much.

It's very close to Asakusa Station, which is very convenient and labor-saving to drag luggage. It's close to the river, the price is relatively cheap, and there are free noodles in the evening🍜

這是我住過日本那麼多Dormy Inn 坐最差的一間，室內的裝修已經非常舊，房間空氣不是很流通，可能因為在市中心，溫泉池也非常小，而且限制8pm之後到第二天全部只可以男性使用，女士只可以在check-in到夜晚8pm之前用溫泉，當天我到酒店已經是夜晚七點幾，根本用唔到酒店嘅溫泉，完全展示日本社會男尊女卑的思想，雖然職員讓我們可以使用同一集團附近的酒店，但是步行距離至少要15分鐘，那天下着雨，浸完溫泉後又淋到雨，感冒了，前台職員不怎麼會說英文，而且態度不是很友善，要不是之前在網上看過一些資料，知道可以用同一集團附近的溫泉酒店，我主動問職員，他們也不會說，另外錯過了晚上的拉麵時間，酒店是可以提供即食麵的，但是酒店職員也不主動說，什麼都是要你主動問，我覺得服務、裝修、設備也是所有dormy inn中住過最差的，本來就是因為覺得這個品牌的酒店有質素，才預訂，但是非常失望！
