It wasn't very clean, and the facilities and amenities were almost never used. It felt more old than dirty.
The price was cheap, and the location was pretty good.

Hygiene: There was no room service during my stay
Environment: The toilet was extremely smelly, with a thin 💩 garlic smell
Service: I told the front desk that it was too smelly and could I change the room. The front desk asked me to spray deodorant😅
Facilities: Very old facilities, the windows cannot be opened because there are no screens😅

I was a little worried because I had seen some bad reviews before staying there, but I think it's a good enough hotel for a night without meals. I wonder if the people who left bad reviews were just very sensitive... The staff were polite and I had a comfortable stay. There were plenty of amenities, including cleansing and lotion, so if you wear makeup, you won't have to bring much luggage.
