The advantage is that the transportation is very convenient. There are many train stations around.
The disadvantage is that the train noise is quite loud. The room I stayed in was facing the track. The rooms next to it might be better.

It is a working + residential area. Downstairs is a Family Mart, very convenient. There are 3 train stations in that area (but it takes a while to walk). You can choose many lines. You can hear the train, but after midnight it is quiet. It will be heard again around 5 am. In winter, the air conditioner is only switched to heater mode. So I feel uncomfortable breathing. Sometimes I sleep and wake up even though I turn on the air filter to help with air. But overall, it is very good. The room is bigger than other hotels. There is a refrigerator, various plugs (1 set), a hair dryer, complete toiletries and toothbrushes. There is a chair + work desk, fast wifi. There are restaurants around. If I had to choose, I would go back because the room is bigger than others and there is a convenience store downstairs.

The hotel, itself, seems to be old, but well maintained.
There was no USB port for power supply.
The conveniently located to access to JR and subway station.
The variety of the breakfast is good to start the day, although the menu itself is almost same every day.
The convenience store is in the premises.
They should indicate the tab water is drinkable.

A very good experience. We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is near Akihabara, which is very convenient for going to different places.
The room is cleaned every day and slippers and toothbrushes are replaced.
