The hotel is located in a great place, very convenient to get to any point, direct bus to TeamLab, direct train to DisneyLand, there are hot springs, great breakfast (there is even sushi), in the evening very tasty free noodles!!! The hotel is on the shore, you can have breakfast with a view of the river. Excellent responsive and very friendly staff. Of the minuses: the rooms need renovation, and it was not very clean, especially the carpet in the corners. Overall I recommend it, and next time I will most likely stay here

I stayed in this hotel chain in another city before, and after staying in the Tokyo branch I was pleasantly surprised as my experience was better than I expected! For a hotel of this price the amenities are very nice and you can get a nice stay in a quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend this chain

The big bath is very comfortable. The surrounding environment is very nice and quiet.
If you don't mind being a little out of the way, it's a good place to stay. It's a bit depressing not being able to go out and buy things when traveling.
It takes a long time to walk to the subway station.

The hotel room was very clean and well-equipped with everything. There was a small pudding in the refrigerator, which gave me a little surprise.
