Really kind, a bit old but still clean and comfortable.
But the location was quite far from the station

The hotel room was small but clean. The train station is about 8-10mins walk. It's convenient if you arrived at Haneda Airport and can take monorail direct to the hotel Hamamatsucho station. Value for money.

Very friendly staff, the rooms are clean and many restaurants nearby. The breakfast is disappointing though.

Very small room. But everything was clean and it's in a very good central location.

amazing location, with lowbudget price, 7-10 mins to JR or Metro station, 2 mins from seven eleven, its a very nice place to stay

It was a nine minute walk from the station. Other than that had a great stay.

The room is clean and well-equipped. Staff is nice and very helpful. The neighborhood is very quiet and tranquil. It’s about 4 minute walk from the nearest bus stop and 8 minute walk to the nearest JR train station.

Clean and nice and spacious hotel rooms. Walk from Hamamatsucho Station is a bit far but for the price it’s okay. Check in was easy Amenities you can pick up from the lobby they are quite strict about the checkout time so remember to be punctual when checking out.

The hotel staff r great and willing to share a lot of surrounding info. They even help us keep our luggage b4 and after we check in check out the hotel.
Location is consider ok for us due to the Haneda Airport monorail station is about 5min walking distance. We didn’t take the room come with breakfast, no comment on it. But u can easily find many restaurant surrounding😘😘😘

Very nice location! Room was small but bed was pretty comfortable. I could have a very nice sleep.
