Been to Japan several times, stay in Mitsui garden every time. However, not satisfied this time. First of of all, the Indian front desk ******** is ********** a ******, also, I like to to drink tea, so I asked for 2 more extra bottles of water, the front desk tells me to drinkāJapan tap waterā, and emphasize on the water is ok to drink in āJapanā. I will never come to this location again. Btw, there are bugs.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was located relatively close to the subway and JR stations, so pretty convenient. Itās a quiet area, but was a little harder to find good food options in the area. You do have to go a bit farther to find bustling local restaurants, although there are a few convenience stores around.

If you have the same concern as me, yes it does not have air cond during cold season. But the weather is cold enough that you do not need one. Coffee provides free for guest from 3pm onwards and currency exchange is provided as well.

Great service and decent size room for Tokyo standard, but price was really good. Location is slightly far from the JR or subway stations but never more than 10-minute walk.

The location is good, within 10 mins walk to JR station, with some nice little restaurants nearby. Fabulous view of Tokyo Tower from my room.

Overall is okay, just the location abit far from train station and the public bath is always crowded

It was awesome! Itās close to the train stations nearby, so we could travel to other places easily. The breakfast was delicious and I appreciate the fact that we can make the waffles, udon, etc. by ourselves so that we can choose our own favorite toppings. Overall, the experience was amazing. Itās also very clean.

Decent location between a few stations on different lines. You can use the coupons for breakfast or lunch, in my opinion lunch is better. Laundry machines on different floors but if you have a lot the local laundromat over the road is bigger

Very easy check in and check out using the kiosks. Breakfast was amazing! The room was super clean. No weird smell at all. Complimentary water bottles helped hydration during humid hot weather in Tokyo. Access to 3 different train stations was very convenient. Only 7minutes on foot. I wish they had make up removers and other facial amenities available for the guests in the lobby or the rooms. Good hotel for the price. Highly recommended!

Location is good, just a few minutes walk from the train station. Staff are friendly n helpful. Room is spacious in the Japanese standard. Public bath on the top floor is a plus. Aircon is ok. Overall speaking, the hotel is a good choice.
