The hotel is well located, you can walk to Ueno station. The metro is practically around the corner. Supermarkets and Don Quixote are nearby.
The reception staff is politely cold, the women at breakfast are much friendlier, as it seemed.
The room is very cramped, you have to squeeze through the bed.
The photos on Trip.com do not correspond to reality. The rooms are completely different, as well as their contents. The kettle is tiny, stubby, with a strange smell, which makes the water taste unpleasant. Why not equip the rooms with normal kettles, like in other hotels of this chain? Instead of a mug - a plastic cup, the same as in the bathroom.
No hand soap. I had to wash my hands with shower gel, which ran out on the 3rd day of my stay and which was never replenished during cleaning. By the way, the cleaning was very thorough, I accidentally caught it. Why there is no soap in the room, I still do not understand. I asked at the reception, they gave me their own)).
