We enjoyed our summer stay at Dai-ichi Hotel Tokyo. We appreciate very much the attention and care given by the staff from the time we arrived, checked-in up to check-out. We were surprised that the staff brought the weighing scale to our room and helped us get the exact weight of our luggages, that was really good customer service. Also enjoyed the big room and the toiletries and other supplies provided to us during our stay.
Maybe just need to update the furniture but everything else is perfect. Also missed buying from the pastry/bakeshop since they open late at 10am and close early at 6pm. Maybe next time. Thanks for making our stay memorable and convenient.

It is super convenient, they have underground tunnel to the train station. They give you breakfast coupon, you can go to 3 different restaurants (Japanese, western or buffet) to enjoy your breakfast. The room is spacious. We booked the lounge room, so free minibar in the hotel room.

It is a nice hotel with easy access to many other places. They have underground parking, which is essential during Winter.

Older, but very nice hotel. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Location is awesome if you’re looking to explore Tokyo, but still have a peaceful sleep. No real control of AC, set to 24 hotel wide. Pool is across the street at a public facility where the staff is nice, but the local members obliviously do not want you there.

If you want the classic exquisite hotel experience, this is the place. They have bell boy, they deliver news paper in the morning, larger bathroom and bedroom space. Also very nice view of the Tokyo. On some rooms, you can see the trains come and go at the Shimbashi Train Station. The hotel is right next to the Shimbashi Train Station, so a great place to get to anywhere in Tokyo. Overall we all loved the stay here.
