I stayed in this hotel in April 2023. I remember that it was small and had no problems. The facilities were all new and good. I booked a corner king-size room this time. It said that it was 18 square meters, but in reality, a 15-square-meter room would feel bigger than this if it was well planned. Here are a few problems: Obviously, in order to save costs, the cleaning was changed to three nights and the fourth day. I just stayed for three nights so there was no cleaning at all, only the garbage and towels were changed; then the standard equipment in the room was changed to borrowing, such as the humidifier, and I didn’t find out until the second day that there was no phone in the room 😂 (I am sure there was a phone before, because the hotel instructions on TV still teach guests how to use the phone to contact the front desk); there is not enough space for hanging clothes, and only four hangers are given. How can it be enough in winter? There is no luggage rack either. The empty space at the end of the bed can indeed spread out the suitcase, but there is basically no place to put and organize clothes, which sacrifices the convenience of the guests. In short, it is a cost-effective choice for a solo traveler in Tokyo Ginza, but if you bring your parents, you may not consider it. Let's talk about the plus points. The breakfast was better than expected, simple but of good quality. A free drink was provided every night (there were many Japanese craft beers to choose from). The shower equipment was great with super strong water pressure. The internet speed was good and not stuck. Bose Bluetooth speakers and Sony TVs with various streaming platforms were provided. The location was convenient with multiple routes converged and convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. Finally, I would like to praise the service of the front desk. I wanted to have my luggage delivered to the next hotel. In addition to giving me a form to fill out, they also attached a color-printed instruction sheet explaining what to fill in each box. It was very thoughtful.
