Very young English speaking receptionist, friendly and helpful. The room is small but it's enough for 2 persons, clean and comfortable.

best hostel in Ueno ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the staffs are friendly and accommodating, overall it’s worth the money, strategic location nearby the Ginza Line and close to Ueno/Asakusa, clean room and adequate facilities

Cheap but the room is so small that could hardly open a middle-size suitcase,

Very nice hotel. Rooms are Japanese standard so not very big but there was everything I needed

It is fine... Room is clean and shower booth is not bad. But some guys smokes cigarettes around or even in the cabin which will send smokes and stink right upto your room.

The room is medium-sized, but the air conditioner is very noisy. In winter, I have to turn on the heating, and it makes a roaring sound all night long. The refrigerator is also very loud. These two should be updated.

The staff is very kind and provides free room service if you stay for four days, but you need to pay extra. The hotel rooms are on the small side, so if you are carrying big luggage, be prepared for limited space.

This is the place I chose to live during my first trip to Japan. I think it's a great place for the price and the environment. The staff at the reception are very kind.
