Room is really spacious with washing machine provided! Honestly quite impressed by the size

One of the most lovely hotel I ever stay. Located at the quiet side of Shinjuku, 3 mins walk to Higashi Shinjuku Metro, 15 mins walk to Shinjuku JR station and shopping area. Room design is cozy and functional. WC and bath/shower area is separated which is very good. Limited housekeeping (change towel and clear trash) but we stay there for a week so they provide housekeeping free for once during our stay. However I don’t like the idea where we have to pay in full in trip.com and the hotel reception make me pay again on the day we check in and said they will refund us the amount that we paid through trip.com. Now I have to monitor if the hotel will refund me.

Japan hotels are really good, very very nice service and attitude, they treat u like a guest but not a pet… Meanwhile, when we want to call a taxi, the staff spare no effort to help us call a taxi, which makes me respect their working attitude

Near station higashi shinjuku station. Rooms are tidy and clean.

Clean and convenient

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Near mtr station. Washing and dry machine is very useful. But no clean up service everyday. Only limited clean up before 1100.

Away from the main Shinjuku area but was away from the crowds and noise. Location is near the 2 Tokyo Metro lines which made travelling easier. Check in/ out were a breeze and staffs were friendly. I particularly liked that the washing machine is in the room thus very convenient. Definitely will book again on my next tip to Tokyo.

Tho A bit too far from the JR station. The staffs were friendly & helpful, the room size is good n there’s a washing machine inside each room which is great! Not bad overall.

The 東京新宿東區東急STAY hotel provided a satisfactory stay overall. The service was decent, though the location was a bit inconvenient, being somewhat removed from the main attractions in the area. Despite the slightly out-of-the-way location, the hotel offered a reasonably priced and comfortable accommodation option in Tokyo.

Not clean the environment the rubbish will put outside the room, and daily cleaning need to charge ,so they will not help you clean the rubbish and bed sheet all this

Hotel is comfortable and spacious quite nice 👍… but it is not convenient if you travel from Haneda airport to this hotel 😬

Great hotel with washer & dryer. Location is a little more farther than other branch but the room was big and clean. Worth the price you pay. Will definitely book this hotel again when I’m in Tokyo

We smell cigarettes smoke in our room both nights when we came back around 9pm. I asked for non-smoking room but didn’t expect cigarettes smoke can still come in from somewhere. Are all rooms in the hotel non-smoking?
