It was clean and good value for the money

Overall ok. It is very inconvenient that the toilet and shower are shared between 3 rooms. I didn't see this detail when booking. Otherwise there are no complaints

I had a lot of outings throughout the trip, so I looked for cheap accommodations, but the facilities were clean, the owner was friendly, and for this price, it was great! It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk from Otsuka Station, but the walking path is clean and it was great to come while sightseeing.👍

Clean and fully equipped, although the room is a little small. But I still feel very satisfied.

The Bellevue Hotel in Tokyo is really clean and convenient for traveling by car or subway. The boss is very enthusiastic. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I go to Tokyo. Facilities: Very good Hygiene: clean Environment: beautiful Service: very good

Since I was with a man, I asked for an extra futon, and he happily provided one for me.

This is a homely atmosphere, almost like a dormitory.

We only stayed one night but the hotel was in a good location, a 5-10 minute walk from the station. The rooms were quite small but comfortable enough. The shared shower was good. A good option if the price is right.

Nice and quaint place, quiet location that's a 10 minute walk from Otsuka station. Rooms and shared areas are clean and are everything I could want. In the smallest room they offer, I paid $30 a night for a pretty large bed, room for my luggage, walls that aren't paper thin, and a good AC. This is all nice, but the best part is the staff, by far. On my last day, the man working the counter held my luggage after checkout for a couple hours while I went to pick something up, then helped me move all my luggage not just down the stairs, but all the way to Otsuka Station! I had quite a bit of luggage, so he was a huge help. He also spoke fluent English, which is quite rare in Japan, but very convenient for any travelers. Overall 10/10, 11/10 for the staff specifically.
