攜程會員十幾年，基本沒有點評過，不知道為什麼會被攜程標註:華人禮遇，華人友好酒店。根本沒有人會説中文，連英文都説不明白。
這個日本人前台辦入住全程沒有笑臉，13層的酒店給了二樓房間，打開門就是自動售賣飲料機器和緊急出口，兩分鐘時間陸陸續續開了三波老外買水。
於是我們下樓要求換房間，這個X日本一臉不耐煩，中途歎氣甩臉。
問早餐時間，説7點，再問到幾點，告知11點，就不能完整告知早餐時間嗎，真是無語……
因為早餐不夠，要再買一份早餐，告知第二天到餐廳買，結果第二天到餐廳，説我們沒有預約，交涉後説有早餐券的可以進去，單獨買的要等一個小時，但前台根本沒有告訴我們要預約，再交涉説這是前台的事，讓我們找前台，和他們無關。
樓下遇到中國人，同感是被歧視，看不起中國人。

Thank you for staying with us for 2 nights and 3 days. However, I had declined the cleaning of my room. They had already done it. It's a shame. It was clean, but I had declined it. Why? I wondered.

Very good view at Roof Deck..
You can see Tokyo Skytree & Senso-ji Temple at there.. Room cleanness need to improve because i still found out many dust around but Front Desk is good service 👍🏻👍🏻
Definitely will come back & stay again if visit to Asakusa area 😁

The location is near Sensoji Temple, a few minutes' walk away. The environment and location are both good. There is a rooftop on the roof, which is very comfortable on the rooftop in summer evenings. Breakfast is served in the cafe on the first floor, with several meals to choose from. There are many Chinese, European and American tourists staying in the hotel. It is very friendly to foreigners and the check-in process is very convenient. Next time I come, I would like to stay in this hotel.

Excellent access to the Sensoji Temple area! Clean and quiet. We were able to enjoy the night view of the shining Skytree, and it was a wonderful memory. Recommended for families and couples.
