I have been to so many countries and stayed in many apartment hotels. But this restaurant is really weird. First of all, after getting off the bus, there are no signs on the facade. Only when you walk inside can you see a small welcome mat with Ascott written on it at the door. Then there are no staff on the first floor, so you need to take your luggage to the car and drag it to the 22nd floor.
Secondly, cleaning can only be done between 10 and 15 o'clock every day. If it's early, no one will clean. If it's late, no one will clean. The problem is that the cleaning staff are not at work or not during working hours.
