Nice hotel, located in good location, very close to shopping street and place to night out, but quiet enough to sleep. Bed is comfy I really love the blanket.

Hotel with a small room (common in Japan) but was situated in a good location, about 12-15 mins walk to train station. A lot of convenience store around the hotel. Sad to say the cleanliness is something that is left to be desired, check in to a dirty bed sheet, lots of flies in toilet. Worst is there is no room cleaning service.

The room was enough for what I required. Walking distance to the centre of Shinjuku.

There is a shrine and Isetan shopping mall and other shopping mall nearby the hotel. However, the hotel is a bit far and the room is kind of small. I don’t recommend single bed room for 1 adults. I would recommend 1 queen size single bed room for 1-2 adults more as the facilities are greater.

We booked the triple room for 4 nights. We were shocked that upon check-in, we were informed that there will be no housekeeping. Guests must take their own towels and toiletries at the hotel lobby. Nowhere in our booking details that this was stated. Room was ok as there was enough floor space to open up a suitcase. The toilet reminded us of the toilet in a ship's cabin. Only bath tub, no shower area. Location-wise, abt 5 mins away from metro, but 15 mins away from JR Shinjuku station. Shopping malls and reataurants are within walking distance. Overall, no frills kinda hotel. If you dont mind no housekeeping, you can choose to stay here.

The location is very good. It's nearby Kabukicho and it’s close to many restaurants. The staff is very kind. The room is quite small but clean.

The room is extremely small and old. It is dirty as there was a food plastic bag under my bed, I think the housekeeper didn’t vacuum the carpet at all.

Your standard hotel. Walking distance to most of shinjuku nightlife but just far enough from the crowd. Not too bad for resting place as it is about a 5min walk to the nearby subway. The room wasn't spacious but enough if you are just there to sleep and rest.
