the aircond only set for heater during winter. no ventilation. u need to open the window to get air. location perfect. near station n a lot of supermarket

It was horrible like very bad I couldn’t even take a decent shower because the water would try to pour down the side even though we had a smoking room it was beyond gross and stinky like it was just used moments ago by a heavy smoker me and my girlfriend after staying less then the night we were upset and both agreed to leave even though we had two more days left

The hotel service is very good. It is very close to the subway, a few minutes' walk away, and easy to find. The lobby service is very good, patient, meticulous, and polite. I will recommend it to my friends in the future. The lobby is on the second floor, and the overall design is beautiful and comfortable. The red circle in the third photo is the elevator entrance on the main gate. The yellow exterior label is very eye-catching.

The price/performance ratio is very high. The room is considered large in Japan. Very quiet. 5 minutes walk from Nishi-Kasai Station on the Tozai Line. Toothbrushes, pajamas and other supplies can be picked up in the lobby. There are supermarkets around for shopping. I will consider this hotel next time I come to Tokyo.

Complete facilities, clean and sanitary services, and books for children to read. Convenient location, very close to the subway, very convenient, 200 meters from the subway, Nishi-Kasai Station, and a convenience store

Unfortunately, the rooms were not clean. The sink in the bathroom was torn and looked very worn. The wallpaper in the bedroom was torn and unfortunately the room smelled a bit of cigarettes. The hallway stank VERY much of cigarettes even though we had a non-smoking room! The breakfast was OK but it's not a buffet. The portions are very small. You don't get full. When I asked if I could get something for the kids or something more, I was told no and they laughed. I felt like the lady serving the food was watching me in the dining room and was judging me. I was afraid to pour myself more drinks in the humid air. This place is not recommended for families! It's OK for one night.

It was very clean and comfortable. We had children with us, so it was very helpful that they prepared a non-smoking room for us.

The room is not small, the bathroom seems to be built, just like the toilets built on the high-speed rail, it keeps dripping, I asked the hotel to fix it, but it still drips, affecting my sleep, the window cannot be opened, the room smells heavy, I stayed for two nights, the experience was not good, the hotel is close to the subway station

I called to confirm my reservation and to confirm that I would be arriving at the hotel over the next day. My reservation had already been completed, and I was relieved to see that there was a staff member at the front desk. The receptionist greeted me with a "Thank you for your hard work," and immediately showed me to my room, which was a relief. Luckily, there happened to be a room available, and they provided a room of a grade equal to or higher than the one I had reserved. The room was spacious and clean, which was a great honour, and it brightened my tired mood. I was able to relax more comfortably than I had imagined. I was also able to spend the night in a room close to the front desk in peace. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you very much.
