Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Azabu Tokyo Reviews

Great apartment hotel with small balcony, kitchenette, bath and shower room. The king bed is two doubles pushed together, but this is fine as the mattresses are comfortable and join together well. Location is great as it is close to the Azabu-juban station and also close to several pretty good restaurants. Very relaxing accommodation to end our Japan trip, we stayed for four nights.

Great hotel. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Rooms always feel and smell fresh. Good water pressure. Great location. There is a nice grocery store down the street. The front desk is very helpful. Internet is decent. I have stayed at this hotel twice and I plan to stay there again.

Wonderful location, appealingly see Tokyo Tower from balcony . There are abundant of Fari for cooking so we can enjoy our cooking anytime

Location was superb! About 5-10 mins walking distance to the subway and convenience stores. Tons of restaurants and cafes in the area and easy to get to the more touristy areas such as Shinjuku, Shibuya etc. Neighbourhood is fairly quaint and quiet on weekdays - which isn’t a bad thing. Walking distance to Tokyo and if you’re lucky you might get a room with a direct view of the tower. Room size is considered bigger than usual comparing to other hotel rooms in Tokyo! Overall I’m happy with my stay and would definitely come back again.

The location is good and quiet, it is a lovely neighborhood The front desk staff are good and friendly No water was provided after my stay's first date, and we stayed for 4 days, meaning no water was provided for 3 consecutive days. I don't think it matches the brand hotel/ service apartment. We can have more hotel selections in Tokyo regarding the room price because the service level (hardware and software) does not match the price.

I stayed with my 2 friends in a 3 bedroom suite for 2 nights. The location of this hotel is good where shops, restaurants and convenient stores are within walking distance. Can't complain about the cleanliness. Hotel staff were polite. Only one thing I wish to make a comment was they don't refill bottled water. Unlike most if not all other hotels I've stayed in many cities (actually not that I remember any other hotel do not offer complimentary water), when we asked for a few more bottles of water, we were told we need to pay for extra water. I'm suggesting the hotel to consider charging the water costs into the room charge and offer complientary water to their guests. The feeling was bad for being asked to pay for extra water when we were paying over USD1,250 per night.

Very wonderful stay at this hotel. The staffs are very attentive and see to your needs. Free Nespresso coffee round the clock and basic breakfast in the morning. Just 2 minutes walk to the Azabu-Juban metro station. Lots of eating places and cafes around this area. My favorite ramen shop is nearby as well.

Excellent location and service. Everything is clean annd new. Amazing to have the mini kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine during a trip.

Visited Tokyo for many years, this time I wanted to try out new area therefore we choose this hotel at Azabujuban. We have the room at the lowest floor, front desk said hotel room was 100% occupied therefore no chance to change. I do really like the balcony but don’t understand why there is no chair for sitting, seems that it is not designed for guests use. At around 4:45am, we were awaken by the emergency alarm. The red signal was loudly on together with a broadcasting informing us to escape immediately because of a fire. All the guests went downstairs to the street, (actually not so many, I guess within 20), after about 10 minutes we were told that we can go back to the room as there was no fire. Upon arrival at the room, shocked again by the emergency alarm, red signal was loudly on again and broadcast saying that there was no fire… after all, may be the hotel think it is normal to had false alarm in middle of the night therefore not any follow up apologize. Area is quiet and cozy, there is no shopping mall around, restaurants can be found easily anywhere. Pricewise, the hotel service level is much lower than my expectations.

The room is clean and provide all the equipment that we need.

The front desk staff are nice, friendly and helpful. The location is good,easily access to any places.

It is great to have washing machine and microwave oven in the room.

The service was superb. The complimentary breakfast was simple and nice with great services from the staff. The washer/tumbler could be much better. Took awhile for the clothes to dry. Thank you
