接待人員很親切，有問題都會耐心的協助，唯一的缺點就是英文不是太流利。但整體很棒，如果下次短期旅遊離機場近，會再考慮入住。

飯店交通位置很方便，但房間的清潔有待加強，這次入住在高樓層的房間，一開窗可看見晴空塔，房間隔音普通。拉行李可從押上站B3出口搭乘電梯，沒行李就走A1出口，出站往前走即到達飯店

就在晴空塔旁邊，地鐵站也就在邊上，一分鐘都不需要就到了。這邊除了晴空塔外，周圍都是居民區的感覺，前台可以免費拿洗漱用品，面膜卸粧油也都有。過個馬路就有大型超市，買東西也很方便。如果要去迪士尼很推薦這家，直達的巴士就在附近，非常方便。
