Lovely place just the rooms are a little too small. Convenient stores around. Happy overall

staff was not well organise . I specifically ask for a lower bunk bed once in the booking and once when I was there and still my request was not granted

The receptionist are friendly, and also helpfull. It's a nice place to stay.

The room is quite small and there is no elevator there. If you have a big luggage it might be a bit hard to bring your things upstairs but the staffs are really nice and helpful.

Good Staff who have waited us for a late check-in (with 1000yen charged though). Remember to shoot them an email before if you are checking in after 22:00. Everything is very decent, clean and well-maintained. Location is about 10 min walk from the nearest subway station, with laundry shops and convenient stores within 1 min walk. Overall great experience.

The room is rough, but the bed is very comfortable. Each guest has three hangers and a small cabinet where they can lock their important items. Because there is no elevator, guests have to move their own luggage, but the boss will send a drink, and there are alcoholic beverages to choose from. If you arrive early on the day, you can store your luggage for free and even take a shower. Other youth hostels charge 200 yen for early luggage storage, not to mention taking a shower. There is a small kitchen in the lounge on the second floor, an induction cooker, a refrigerator, and some tableware and seasonings. The location is very good, close to Akihabara, Ueno and Asakusa. The price-performance ratio is very high, I will go there next time. Of course, I won't bring a big suitcase~

The staff were all friendly and it was a good stay. There was a convenience store nearby, which was convenient. I would like to come again.

I was very grateful for the polite response to my phone call when I couldn't make it to the 10pm check-in. When I checked out, the staff helped me take my luggage down the stairs, which was very helpful. It was very quiet both inside and outside the building at night, and I had a comfortable stay. I was able to put my luggage around the bed, and there was plenty of space to pack. Suitcase (carry-on size), Boston bag, day bag (19 liters)
