Pros: - Location is perfect about 7 mins walk to tokyo station - Free luggage storage - coin laundry available on every floor - some amenities given (coffee, facial masks, comb, razor, cotton buds etc) Cons: - they will only clean the room after your 3rd night, not even emptying your trash bin at least on a daily basis (even though it says on non-cleaning days they'll do that) - no bottled water provided - room is smaller compared to the other hotel I've stayed in tokyo.

The only plus point of the hotel is its location which is just steps away from Tokyo JR Station behind Tokyo Midtown Yaesu building. No konbinis around so pls make sure you got your stuffs before getting back at the hotel.

Rooms are clean and compact yet with all necessities. Breakfast spread is reasonable.

Breakfast was okay, and staff friendly. Hotel is located close to Tokyo Station. Room was quite small even by Japanese standards.

Presso Inn was very comfortable to stay in. Room attendants are friendly and efficient. The room that we stayed in has no weird smell unlike the other hotels we stayed at.

Reasonable price at prime location with just 3 minutes walk to Tokyo station, easy access with JR to elsewhere and bus to NRT airport.

Excellent location, clean and cosy room - room is small but that's what you except in Tokyo however the room is super clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and great.

Although it is fairly close to Tokyo station, it still take quite some time to walk and get on the train to airport, basically with luggage, you should prepare 30 mins in advance including the time for buying ticket stuff. Hotel was nice and clean, nothing to complaint, staff was not super friendly but okay tho. Street would be very very quiet if you stay here on weekends.

I was very satisfied to stay here as runner of Tokyo Marathon. It was a walking distance from finish line!Breakfast was delicious and fulfilled my stay. I could have good food with a lot of choice in the area; I could do my running course before and after the race around Tokyo Station and Chiyoda city. Hotel staffs are nice and generous!

Quite disappointing given the price... I know it's not five star hotel but it's relatively more expensive than the hotels nearby already. It's not super close to the Tokyo station and the room is suppperrrr small. There's no bottle waters or any tea amenities for you. Front desk would suggest you to drink the tap water which is first time i see in Tokyo. One positive thing is their shower is hot and strong. And it got hair dryer.......... Also, it can only store your luggage on day if you would like to store luggage for your trip... better find a locker if storing for few more days......

Super clean, helpful staff, great location close to Tokyo Station, good breakfast. Rooms are cost, but where are they not in Japan 😊
