Shinjuku 9hours Female Capsule Hotel Experience I checked into the 9hours Female Capsule Hotel in Shinjuku. Staying on the higher floors separates the movement and quiet. The lounge on the 9th floor is warm and comfortable, and is a good place to relax. However, there are some minor flaws. The luggage storage area is a bit cramped, and it is difficult for two people to pass each other, and it is not convenient to take large items. Although the sleep monitoring function in the capsule is quite novel, the sound insulation is poor. The snoring next door is heard at night, and people with light sleep are easily disturbed. Overall, the flaws are not enough to cover the merits, and it is suitable for female travelers who are looking for cost-effectiveness and short-term transition.

Because it is a women-only facility, I was able to relax in the shared space without worrying about other people's eyes. The lighting in the bathroom seemed brighter than other Nine Hours hotels! It was nice that it was easy to apply makeup.
