It's a female only capsule hotel. The hotel staff cleans the beds everyday, no one could stay at the capsule levels between 11am - 3pm when cleaning is ongoing. However there's a lounge space for people who stay more than 1 night during this period of time. There's only a simple vending machine at the lounge, no food is sold here, have to buy your own food if you'd like to eat some here.

Location is really convenient! Just 2 mins walk to shinjuku sanchome and 10 minutes walk to shinjuku JR station. Hope to see a variety of snacks and drinks in the vending machine, toilets with place to put our phones as well. It is a really comfortable stay for me as i don’t feel claustrophobic at all when inside the capsule:). It was also so safe so stay in as the staffs were available 24/7 and it’s all females! (even though there are bars surrounding the area). Probably the only downside is that we can’t go anywhere except the lounge from 11-3pm.

This was such a great hotel choice as a woman solo traveling alone in Japan! I made a friend right away and the hotel was super clean and comfortable! For the price as well I definitely recommend this hotel!

The lounge area was crowded and the vending machine broken.
Inconvenient to have the showers, washbasins and lockers 4 floors down from the capsule floor. The lockers were too small so all large luggages had to be placed in the corridor.
There was no ventilation in the capsules and the pillow was uncomfortably hard. There was only one USB-A charger provided in the capsule and no separate plug.
Sleep analysis could not be scheduled online, you had to physically request it at the office at 3pm. Quite a difficult time when you want to go sightseeing.
