The hotel is very convenient, and provides the needs that you need. Clean and room has window. It doesn’t give u a fancy touch but u feel very comfortable and just the right level of standard u are paying for. Will high recommend to others.

the location is excellent and close to JR station! A lot of restaurant choices just down the road which is great. However the bed is very soft and the room is quite small, making it hard to move around with the luggage laid out.

Good location, however very poor service, no place to work out the room (there is a place which iwas closed and you need to pay 500 yen) , if you need extra blanket be ready to pay 3000 yen what a nonsense ! The price isn't worth staying, however it is beautiful building with fancy design. In lobby it is impossible to work as it is very cold and crowds of people . I completely dindnt appreciate the hotel , it is definitely not four star hotel, no service and no one is interested in your desires and needs.

OMO3 Tokyo Akasaka is conveniently located in the middle of several metro stations, all within 6-7 minutes walking distance. There are numerous restaurant choices around the hotel. Hotel staff are very cheerful and helpful. It is a very good value for money choice for travelers of small groups.

All are good, but the room is extremely small. Do not have space to open the luggage.

Reasonably located. Check-in time is pretty strict (even 20mins early wasnt allowed) Contactless check-in at self service kiosk with English language available but staff still had to help as the scanning of passport wasn’t too straightforward. Staff always greet us on our way out or in. No phone in the room resulting in having to go to the corridor to call or head down for any requests. Staff were pretty prompt to requests. Sadly no airport express bus available.

Clean and tidy. Hotel located in a convenient district. Takes only less than 5 mins walk to nearest metro station.

Its a nice hotel. And it’s rather convenient as it’s only 3 minutes walk from the metro station. I’d recommend it to anyone who travelled to Tokyo for the first time.

Very cool

The bathtub, toilet and washbasin are all separate. There is a disadvantage. Sometimes the water in the washbasin is turned up a little in the room and sprays everywhere. Our room is not very good on the second floor. We can't see much of the view. There is Shangdao Coffee Shop downstairs. There are many izakayas, restaurants and drugstores all around. It is also close to the subway station, which is quite good.

The room is not big as expected, but it is convenient for transportation and the price is not high, so it is acceptable. But as soon as I entered the room, I found that the plug on one of the bedside tables was dented and unusable, and the refrigerator was completely cold. The first time I asked the staff at the downstairs counter to fix it, they just replied that I couldn't adjust it. The second time I asked other staff to fix the dent in the plug, but the improvement was limited (it still couldn't be used). When you are happy to travel abroad, it really ruins your fun. But the transportation is convenient, it's easy to find food nearby, and the sound insulation is OK.

The location is in the center of Tokyo, super convenient!  A young brand under the Hoshino Group, the service staff is young and energetic, and the design is full of vigor. There are maps and guided tours of souvenir shops in the area; there are also dried flowers for guests to choose from and take back to their rooms for decoration.

Facilities: Very new and very Japanese-style. It happens to meet many job-seeking college students and neon workers. It is actually very suitable for people who want to experience local life in Japan. Hygiene: very clean and the laundry room is also very good Environment: The surrounding area is very nice. There are not many tourists. It is not considered a tourist area. The sense of locality is particularly strong. Service: Because the bag was too small, I asked the front desk for a paper bag. The two people at the front desk actively helped me solve the problem. The service experience throughout the process was very good. This hotel is suitable for those who have some experience in traveling to Japan, who do not go to special tourist areas (in fact, it is very convenient to go to tourist areas), and who travel alone and come in and out of Haneda Airport. Close to TBS and Roppongi, it is very comfortable to walk there every day.

Self-service check-in is very convenient and there is no need to worry about language issues. The room is quite large compared to other Japanese rooms, and the bathroom is also large. I will choose the same hotel next time I go to Akasaka.
