Location is great, near tokyo tower n pagoda, just they dont have water at all even a water dispenser….

I usually come to this hotel when I travel to Tokyo for work. The level of the service for the price is usually good. The location is good with the many metro stations close by, many combini, Hamamatsucho area is always very convenient. As per the rooms - usual Japan small :) Not a great fan of the moquette, which is sometimes dirty. A little disappointed by breakfast hours, since it closes at 9:30 (I had an international call that finsihed a little before 9:30 and I wasn't accepted in, not even for a coffee - and there is a self service machine...). In general, good price/value ratio!

Clean, nice, self checkin&out service were convenient, close to Tokyo tower that I could take a stroll easily, not that far from subway station

Convenient location. Walking distance to transportation, shopping, food and fish market. Food is okay. However, the room is very small and no room cleaning.

Realllllly good and clean, room was not as small as expected!

Room is very very small (especially for 2 people with suitcases - although high room category) and therefore also expensive. Centrally located and with good breakfast, there was no water offered in the room and also not shortly after breakfast although 38 degrees outside.

Breakfast was free and good, room was spacious for the price, and there is a 24 hr mart on the first level. Short walk to the train station but a great place to stay at!

it was very good and dilicous curry for the breakfast.
