Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo Kinshicho Reviews

This was my second stay here, and the location is incredibly convenient, very close to Kinshicho Station. There's also a huge supermarket nearby, which is great for shopping. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

I've always been a fan of Sotetsu hotels, and this time I stayed at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kinshicho. It's very close to the station, and you can get to Narita Airport directly in one stop, which is super convenient. The front desk service was excellent, and there was even a lady who spoke Mandarin, which made asking questions and getting information incredibly easy.

This is my second stay at Sotetsu, and the experience was just as good. The room was very clean, and the front desk and housekeeping staff were all very polite and greeted us with a smile. The lobby offers a variety of disposable amenities, and there's a luggage scale by the entrance so you can weigh your bags before you leave. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from JR Kinshicho Station, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time! 😊

There's a front desk lady who speaks Chinese and has excellent service. After I checked out, she even helped me store my luggage for half a day because I had an afternoon flight. I'll definitely book here again when I visit Tokyo! 👍

Oh my, I loved the location of this hotel!! It is super convi to get to the different malls in the area, as well as Kinshicho Station, which is so well-connected to other parts of Tokyo. I really lucked out finding this location and would definitely return next time I am in Tokyo! Perfect for last min shopping with Donki around the area, facilities are good too! Cleanliness A+!

It was a pretty good and enjoyable experience to say the least.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from the subway. There are plenty of dining options nearby, a 24-hour supermarket, and 7-Elevens are everywhere. The front desk staff, both young men and women, are very nice. They have a microphone that can translate various languages on the fly, which is very smart. Check-in and check-out are both self-service, quick and convenient. There's a magnetic sticker on the inside of the room door. If you want housekeeping, you just put up the blue sticker. If not, cleaning is done every three days. Small room amenities are available for self-service on the first floor as needed. The room is indeed a bit small, but this is Tokyo, so you can't be too picky. I'd likely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

It's an old haunt of mine, so I'm very familiar with it. It's just so convenient for getting to the JR line and Disneyland. This time, I noticed they've added more toiletries to choose from, which is great. However, I didn't pay attention and chose a double room for a slightly bigger space, and it turned out to be a smoking room. I'm sensitive to smells, and even though it was cleaned, the whole room still reeked of smoke. Next time, I'll definitely make sure to book a non-smoking room.

Overall, the stay was okay. The hotel provides basic amenities that guests can conveniently pick up from the lobby, which is a nice touch. The room size is quite small, but still manageable for a short stay. The location is good — very close to the subway, making it easy to get around the city.

This hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Kinshicho Station, accessible from both the North and South exits. You can actually see the Tokyo Skytree from two different intersections, each offering a unique view. The room was a bit small, but perfectly fine for one person and their belongings. My window faced a residential building across the street and couldn't be opened, but the soundproofing was generally good. There was a movable small table, which was handy. Check-out is at 11 AM. A nice touch at Sotetsu hotels is that they provide free bath salts in the lobby on the first floor.
