The room we had are a bit small but it’s nice and clean and the bed was big enough with toddler. The staff was very nice and they all speak English which is really good.

Great location, right next to the roppongi station, Uber or taxi can stop in front of the hotel. Only weird thing is that if you want your room made up or cleaned, you need to specifically request for it.

reception staff wasn’t too friendly and the room faced a graveyard and was stickered up. otherwise good location and not tiny for tokyo standards

I will never stay in this hotel again. There is a large cemetery downstairs and I often have nightmares at night. Even after many negotiations, we didn't give an early refund, and we had to pay extra for changing rooms. Moreover, there is no table in the room, and the computer can only be used on a small glass coffee table. The sofa is very low, so you can only sit on it. There is no way to open the window, so you can only turn on the toilet exhaust fan 24 hours a day for ventilation. The only advantage is that breakfast is served until half past ten.

It is very close to the subway station and bus station, and there is a convenience store downstairs, which is OK. The Tokyo Tower can be barely seen from the hotel window, and there is nothing special about it. The price-performance ratio is OK, and it is a standard hotel.

It takes an hour to get to Disneyland. Most of the Tokyo subway lines have separate ticket purchases. After transferring, you need to walk out of the station and buy a new ticket. When taking the subway, use Google maps software, which will tell you the platform number and the direction of the train. How many stops, how much money and time it will take to get there. Some ticket machines in subway stations have Chinese interfaces.
