Very good location. Just the room had a little bit smell.

Great place for families. It’s not a hotel. It’s a serviced apartment style so don’t expect room service. But they will clear the trash everyday and replenish towels. No bottles water but you can drink tap water. Nearest metro is only 2min walk. About 15min to Tokyo station

Hotel location in between Kayabacho & Hatchobori train station which is very convenient. Overall our stay is pleasant and enjoyable. The room is perfect for 2 adults and 1 toddler. Right beside the hotel is a 7-11 convenient store, there are also Family Mart and Lawson at walking distance. Multiple restaurant nearby. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Greatfull stay for a family. With space to breakfast, lunch or dinner if you want. Near to the metro.

Location was near to attractions and there were supermarkets nearby. Will definitely stay here again.

Booked a 2 bedroom unit. The space was sufficient for a family of. 4. 7-11, Lawson around. Very convenient to subway. Will stay agin if I visit Tokyo.

Big rooms and surrounded by convenience store.. About 15 min from Tokyo statio Yaesu south exit or 5 min from Hatchobori exit..

Enjoyable stay with my family. There is a 7-11 and drugstore right downstairs. Lots of eateries nearby as well. Would recommend families to stay here.

Not really near the Tokyo station, but there are subways just around the corner. Best Hotels we've been to around japan (Osaka＞Kyoto＞Nagoya＞Kawaguchiko＞Tokyo trip with 3 kids 4-6-7 years old). Great service, top-notch rooms with best up-to-date facilities and everything required! Recommended to all families !!!

Privacy possible as a family of 4 is visiting. All kitchen appliances are included. USB 110V is installed on the wall. living room exists Convenience store is located below the accommodation. The location is not bad compared to the eastern side of the tourist area. The staff are friendly. (Towels sometimes smell slightly of cigarette smoke.) thank you I'm doing well.
