Excellent experience, the hotel view, high-rise Tokyo, the food and service in the executive lounge are all top-notch
I made a mistake and booked it. There is only the Premier floor. Don’t book downstairs.

We stayed on the 38th floor with access to the lounge. It made our Tokyo trip that extra special. The hotel was immaculate, the staff and services impeccable and the views amazing. Would love to stay here again. Beds were firm and comfortable and shower and soap collection absolutely refreshing. The breakfast was 5* and would definitely recommend to include it.
We were here for 4 nights and sad to leave. Hope to be back one day.

It is far from Isetan and Shinjuku Station, but that is not the most terrible thing. The most terrible thing is that you must make a good plan for the structure of Shinjuku Station. You must know which shopping malls correspond to the southeast, northwest and northeast exits, and which routes to transfer to. Otherwise, it will be crazy in the summer.
