Hotel has good location near to JR Otsuka

Unmanned hotel, the stairs are very steep, the room is on the top floor, very narrow, there are mice squeaking on the ceiling in the middle of the night, there are mice footsteps, and when I am not in the hotel during the day, the mice eat the bread, I have no choice but to look for it in the middle of the night I checked into other hotels and it was too much trouble.
