The hotel is magnificent, with the luxury of the last century. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. After staying, you will feel the attentive service everywhere. Problems are dealing quickly and efficiently. If you sit near the window in the restaurant on the 17th floor, you can enjoy the view of Hibiya Park and the garden of Imperial Palace. Ginza is also within easy walking distance and Takarazuka Theatre is nearby. When you need a taxi, there is always one waiting to serve you. If you need to buy gifts, the underground level has everything.

The staffs of front desk are very nice, sincere and helpful. Especially the gentleman when we check in and Mr.成田 is very nice and helpful when we change to another room according to the additional person who joined us on the second day. And the lady at the customer service desk also very nice and helpful. I will certainly love to stay at this hotel again when I visit Tokyo in future.

Always my favourite hotel! It’s has its own charm not like those glitzy luxury hotels.

Staff offered assistance the very moment the taxi door was opened. Warm reception and staff escorted me to my room and explained the amenities in detail. Tried three breakfast options. All good. Almost all staff were pleasant and spoke good English. Location was great as Metro station was just round the corner. View was splendid and I walked at the park for a while after breakfast every day. Only that the hotel was a bit worn out with small holes in bed sheets and a tiny spot of toothpaste was found near the sink. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

Truly amazing service from all the hotel staff. The location is excellent and rooms very comfortable. Lots of choice for breakfast with 4 different restaurants. I look forward to my next stay.

Classical grand hotel indeed! Magnificent lobby, great service, and spacious room!

The check in process was not very pleasant as we had to wait for our luggage to be brought to our room and I had to call the front desk to do so after a long wait. When someone came up. It was to collect bags which was not what we had communicated. Another occasion was a not too professionally friendly front desk representative whose answers were curt. The housekeeping and restaurant and lounge dyaff were far more friendly and professional than the front desk

Still some way from places where my kids want to visit

Both service and location is amazing. For both traveling and business trip, the location is top notch. For transportation, you get access to hibiya line, Ginza line, yurakucho, shinbashi station which pretty much goes to everywhere. Ginza is right next to it, which is famous for shopping and food. You will have no trouble accessing any place in Tokyo with these lines. For business, mainly it is held at either marunouchi or kasumigaseki(government) both locations are very close. If you want to walk around in nature. There is a big park right in front of the hotel. Very satisfied with the location. Service is great as well, they pretty much solve any problems or question I had.
