Room was very cold because of central air-conditioning, and front desk staff could not do anything about it. Towels were old, and there was some hair on it on one occasion. However the hotel provided complimentary coffee, tea, water, evening snacks in the lobby.

入住多次。但今次訂房分開了訂，結果好像考驗了職員應變力。他們竟然對我說「very complicated」但我自知問題之處，已於出發前通知了酒店。但每天check in /check out 他們都需要較多時間處理

A relatively new hotel in the shopping district. It was a short walk away from the JR Station. The staff was cordial. A sweet treat was provided daily and there was a water dispenser in the lobby, besides the usual coffee machine.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. It is very close to Ikebukuro Station. The room and facilities were very clean. I would choose to stay here again.
Since we were staying for 3 people, the hotel provided us with a third bed, which was very comfortable. 😪
In addition, the hotel also provides free snacks and drinks during afternoon tea (self-service style, located in the lobby). 😋
