Hotels in Azabu, Tokyo

It’s fine. But nothing special. The location is the best thing going for the hotel as it’s very near Roppongi Hills, the Tokyo Tower and all the food options you could imagine. It felt a lot like what I imagine a budget hotel on a plane would be like. Very cramped and plasticy. But clean and did not smell bad. The staff are friendly although the check-in and out process is done through self-service touch pads and so there is little real interaction with the staff. The hotel has an environmental and inclusivity thing going on and I appreciated that a lot.

We were booked in by my son when we arrived and we're delighted with the total environment! Having not travelled since 2019 had to readjust and the staff and environment helped us greatly ! Every aspect of the hotel was customer focused and Covid aware! In reception nothing was a problem and there was an excellent speaker of English! The dining room suited our needs and the verandah gave extensive views of the city and Tokyo Tower! The food was generous and well prepared and the dinners at night were very good! I must pay particular tribute to Ken in the first our stay and his meticulous attention to our needs and understanding!! We would thoroughly recommend this hotel as people return to Japan and of course Tokyo!

If you stay in Roppongi and want to find a good deal on price/location/quality, this is it! Just in front of Rappongi-Itchome. Room bigger than usual (for Japanese standards).

My stay at Oakwood was excellent. The room is spacious - including the bathroom and with kitchen and washing machine facilities. The room was very clean, including all the kitchenware and bathroom. My stay was extremely comfortable. The location is very close to the Metro station, and a few min walk to the azabu juban area with lots of shops, supermarket and restaurants. I also have to commend that the staff and concierge at the hotel are extremely helpful and responsive, they helped with my various requests promptly. I stayed in 2 different rooms, one of the rooms had the view of Tokyo tower. I will definitely be back!

This is a very nice, modern hotel. As expected the rooms are small but very comfortable. The location is great - walking distance from Roppnggi and close to the subways, but also quiet at night. There’s plenty in the immediate area in terms of restaurants and shops. The staff were very pleasant and spoke English (thanks!) We had breakfast most days in the cafe which was high quality and reasonably priced. We liked the common areas too - the lounge on floor 2 and the bar on the roof were very nice for a free 5pm beer / cocktail. Would certainly recommend!

The hotel is still exquisite, but the largest penthouse with more than 50 square meters is actually underground. The double bed in the bedroom is a bit crowded, 2 adults or 2 large and 1 small are ok; we lived for 3 adults. Although there is a duplex space upstairs with a sofa bed, it is difficult to climb up. I slept in the living room for 4 days sofa 3. Because it is underground, it has a bit of musty smell 4.Breakfast is very good. It is like western food or kaiseki. It is mostly cold and much western. From the beginning of the breakfast, it is inferred that the restaurant ’s dinner is good. The price is 18,000 set. 5. The location is at Azabu Juban Subway Station / Akabashi Bridge (this station is more convenient), there are still plenty of food around, but most of them are expensive. Toei Oedo Line is not too convenient, it is recommended to live around Shinjuku; but 10 minutes walk is Tokyo Tower ... It is also very cool 6. It is very close to the subway station and bus station, and there is a convenience store downstairs, which is OK. The Tokyo Tower can be barely seen from the hotel window, and there is nothing special about it. The price-performance ratio is OK, and it is a standard hotel.
