The place itself was very clean and as someone who is very picky on cleanliness it was great!! The staff was nice and their electronic check in and out was convenient. However the location might not be the best for people who don’t enjoy drinking and clubbing. It is surrounded by clubs and doesn’t offer much food options or sightseeing options. Overall the Inn itself was amazing.

Great Hotel and amazing place to stay! Front Desk Staff was Great! The way their approaching me with smile made me feel “Family welcome” Welcome drink was amazing and Lobby was WOW like a sports bar also. When I entered to the room, I felt relaxed and refreshed because of the great set up and cleanness by housekeeping staff. It was amazing that there was everything I needed in the room. Amenities, coffee etc. The bar on 9th floor has great view and amazing signature cocktails. Bar staff was professional and lovely! Thank you so much,I will come back again. The Lively hotel showed to me great hospitality.

The hotel is VERY small, too small. We booked the biggest room which was stated as 24 sqm. When we first entered into the room we were shocked. This was the smallest room we have ever stayed. Two small beds had to put next to each other, otherwise you can't walk in. And there was no seating area for you to rest unless you sit on the bed. Luggage cannot be opened in the room freely and we had to make our way to adjust that. We paid almost aud$300 per night and the whole experience was disappointing. Service was very friendly and location was good. But because the room was too small, we cannot enjoy our stay in the hotel. Almost everything is self serviced, they don't even have lotion and cotton tip.

We were booked in by my son when we arrived and we're delighted with the total environment! Having not travelled since 2019 had to readjust and the staff and environment helped us greatly ! Every aspect of the hotel was customer focused and Covid aware! In reception nothing was a problem and there was an excellent speaker of English! The dining room suited our needs and the verandah gave extensive views of the city and Tokyo Tower! The food was generous and well prepared and the dinners at night were very good! I must pay particular tribute to Ken in the first our stay and his meticulous attention to our needs and understanding!! We would thoroughly recommend this hotel as people return to Japan and of course Tokyo!

Overall this place was just ok. Japan has a high bar for hotels, most of them are going to be good, if not great. This hotel just has a lot of small annoyances that add up and made it my least favorite hotel out of the four I stayed at on this trip. First the good: Good location within walking distance of the two big malls in Roppongi, Tokyo Midtown and Roppongi Hills. Two metro lines stop nearby. The hotel itself is nice but feels slightly dated. There’s a view of Tokyo Tower from most of the rooms but especially higher floors. Overall I liked Roppongi. It seems like a place where real Tokyoites live and work as opposed to the more popular places mobbed by tourists. The bad: The bathrooms. Incredibly small, with absolutely no space between the toilet, bathtub, and sink. I know Tokyo rooms are small but this bathroom is especially bad. Also, the floor in the bathroom is sunken, as in lower than the rest of the room so you have to step down every time you enter. This caught me by surprise more than once. Also the floor felt a bit unstable…kind of like it was made of a plastic layer you stand on above the real floor. At least it was clean. There’s a lot of weird unsafe parts of the room, which is especially a worry with kids. The step down into the bathroom I mentioned. There’s a sharp edge next to the bed on the couch/nightstand that I scratched myself on. There’s a glass table with pointy edges that just feels out of place in the tiny room. The plugs and light switches are right in the middle of the bed headrest which makes them easy for kids to play with and makes it so your charging cables are running across the bed. The elevator is annoying. It ALWAYS stops on the 3rd floor (reception) no matter what. The ground level exit is on the 2nd floor, so you always stop unnecessarily on 3 when either entering or exiting the hotel. The 1st floor is inexplicably the parking area behind the hotel, don’t get caught assuming the first floor is the ground level exit. There’s a real lack of breakfast in the area. The hotel breakfast opens later (7:30?), we never went because it was too late. One day we just gave up and ate breakfast at FamilyMart. Roppongi is not well connected to the rest of Tokyo on the Metro. Most places you want to go are going to require a transfer. Neither of the lines that stop near the hotel go directly to Tokyo station. Both Haneda and Narita require extra transfers. Even Shibuya which is not far away at all requires two trains or a bus. Especially annoying if you have luggage or kids in tow.

Until 3 days ago, the FS on Koh Samui was in a terrible eye. I have stayed at a domestic color 々 hotel. There are various hotels that do not match. But my husband, ”Why do you like Grand Hyatt?” I wondered if it was the number one in Tokyo, the number one in Japan, the number one in the world, ”Well, so I don't think I'm satisfied wherever I stay.” (I like Mr. Aman too) The club lounge was overseas without passports because the customer base returned. The staff was very friendly, I stayed for about a week, and they cleaned the place every day. Check-in and check-out were very convenient. The only thing that was disappointing was that the window did not open. Other than that, it was very good. The location is close to Roppongi Hills and right next to the hotel. There was a subway station in front and a convenience store next door, so it was nice. There was a bar and a nightclub at the back of the alley. I heard it was noisy, but I didn't feel that at all. It didn't really have anything to do with the hotel since it was inside the back of the alley. There's a Don Quixote near the hotel, so it was convenient in many ways. I'll visit Tokyo again next time. If I do, I think I'll book again. It's a good value hotel.

Nice hotel lobby, the room is nice but the pillows are super hard and not the best rest for us.

My stay at Oakwood was excellent. The room is spacious - including the bathroom and with kitchen and washing machine facilities. The room was very clean, including all the kitchenware and bathroom. My stay was extremely comfortable. The location is very close to the Metro station, and a few min walk to the azabu juban area with lots of shops, supermarket and restaurants. I also have to commend that the staff and concierge at the hotel are extremely helpful and responsive, they helped with my various requests promptly. I stayed in 2 different rooms, one of the rooms had the view of Tokyo tower. I will definitely be back!

Although the floor is not high, the equipment is complete and the service quality is very good. It’s quite convenient that the front desk staff can speak Chinese. You can reach the hotel after exiting Kamiyacho Exit 5 and walking straight ahead.
