Perfect location, so close to the trains. Lots of dining options in the area and within walking distance to tourist spots. Rooms are clean and fully equipped with microwave and mini fridge. Bathroom is a good size and the tub is perfect for a soak. It was a bit hard to communicate with non english speaking staff when there was some confusion re check in and check out but all in all, it was a good stay. Will book again.

Upon arrival, check in was a breeze. You scan your QR Code then speak to a representative on the provided iPad via Skype. Once the agent confirm you, you get your key codes for your room. The rooms provided everything we needed (Family of 4. My husband, 18 yr old son, 12 yr old daughter, and myself.) Refridge w/ freezer portion, sink, pots/ pans/ dishes/ utensils, stove top, kettle, microwave and Toaster oven. A table, couch, and Murphy bed which is pretty awesome, and 2 twin beds put together (it’s the equivalent size of a king. My daughter fell asleep on it, and all three of us was able sleep comfortably.) I appreciate the toilet room and the shower / bath room being separated. There is also a washer/ dryer machine in one. Room also comes w/ tv, safe, drawers, under the bed storage (this is where we kept our backpacks and purchases.) Lots of plugs. (They do not have 3 prong plugs, only 2.) Although it’s a “Studio” like room, the lighting is efficient (there are lights over the bed area, kitchen, dining area. This is great if you wake up 3-4a and don’t want to bother the others sleeping lol.) AC gets cold. You are very close to 7-11 and family mart. (Both about a 5 min walk.) My only complaint is, we all only had 1 pillow each lol. They give you an option to purchase additional towels if you need, but not pillows. This is not a big deal if you have less than 4 people OR only need 1 pillow lol. Overall, I will definitely be back for future trips. Minn in Kappabashi was a perfect fit for my family and made our trip comfortable. :)

Note that this is a villa. It is easy to navigate to the main hotel by mistake, but it is actually not far next to it. Japanese-style hot spring hotel, quality guaranteed. Jelly is delivered to the room, and there is a freshly ground coffee machine in the front lobby. There is Yakult in the morning, and noodles and ice cream in the evening, although the amount is small. Japanese-style breakfast buffet, with hard dishes including fried fish, beef and seafood donburi, one meal will fill you up for the day. The hot spring opens with a code, and there are comic books and massage chairs outside. There is a reminder in the room that if you throw away large garbage such as boxes or excessive carton packaging, you will be charged. Sensoji Temple is right next to it, and the gurgling water at night makes it feel like a place hidden away in Spirited Away. You can walk to the Sumida River to see the Skytree Tower, and the shape of the Asahi hops is indescribable. It's a bit far from the subway station, so you have to walk through a few shopping streets to feel the excitement.

The location is good. It’s right next to a large mall with a supermarket. There is also a Lawson right next to it. Not only that, but it iis only an 10 minute walk away from the train station.
Our room was pretty small but there was a closet which made it more convenient to organize. The bathroom is renovated but the sink outside is very old. The worst part about the hotel was that there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom sometimes.

Being just next to the Senso-ji temple definitely makes this one of the more reasonable hotel options price wise. Staff are generally friendly, although I've had a much friendlier experiences in other smaller cities near Tokyo. Complimentary ramen during supper time is also a plus, although the taste is average.
Many tourists from China and South Korea even during non peak periods, so do not be surprised if the hotel is not as clean as other cities with lesser tourists. Also be sure to book the room EXACTLY for how many guests are staying. I booked a 2 person room for 3 (as 3 people rooms were fully booked during my time there), and it was way too small. The front desk also didn't seem to happy about this arrangement when they found out, so do book correctly if possible.
The hot spring at the basement was decent, and the black colour supposedly herbal hot pool was interesting. Although I felt itchy after using it, which my family members also felt the same, so the cleanliness of the pool might be questionable. Otherwise, there is also a hot tub and cold tub which looked clean. Still, the complimentary ice cream (during afternoon/night) and yakult (in the morning) are plus points, but then again a typical feature of Dormy hotels.
Overall, a decent hotel especially if you want to be near the more famous tourist attractions in Asakusa, but will probably try to find better and cheaper hotels for subsequent visits to Tokyo.

The location is very good, very close to Sensoji Temple and the shopping street, it is convenient to go to the Skytree, but it is a little far from Asakusa Station. It is more difficult to pull the suitcase from the station. This time I lived in a Japanese-style room. Three tatami mats can be tiled in a room. It is very comfortable. You can see the Skytree when you open the curtains. There is a small bar on the tenth floor for free to drink juice and watch the night view outside. The only downside is the front desk service. Whether it is a problem with self-check in, a problem with swiping the card or an unsuccessful elevator swiping the card upstairs, the front desk staff did not take the initiative to help.

I have used the series of Ueno until now, but this is my first stay. Unfortunately, it seems to be closed due to the influence of corona from 1/16. When you enter the hotel, the smell of aroma is not the same as Ueno (^ o ^) The front desk is 2F. When you check in, the hotel is closed or chatting (-_-;) If the time when the guest can check in, chatting is Let's go back space! The space may be a little narrower than Ueno. There was no bathing agent. Maybe you will prepare it! ? Free drinks are opposite the front desk. Coffee, cocoa and cafe latte are free to drink. There is also a herb tea with a tea bag. There is also a service of shrimp soup and onigiri. I warmed it at the front desk and handed it over. The room we stayed this time was 8F. The view from the room is opposite the PARCO_ya wall (-_-;) hanger is 4, with deodorant spray. There is a humidifier made of SHARP. There is a USB port on the desk and bedboard and a charging smartphone Convenient! 43 inch TV can be viewed for free VOD. There is also healing music content. The unit bathroom Karan may be a little confused until you get used to it. The bathroom amenities are DHC wagokoro. Amenities such as body towels, shaver, cotton swab, cheeks, toothbrush are also substantial. Unlike Ueno, it is convenient to open the door when entering the room and have a little shelf right away.

Hotel was easy accessible from Shinjuku station through an underpass. There’s a video from hotel website that shows how to get to hotel using the underpass. There are eateries/restaurants/Lawson/familymart in the hotel. Lobby looks nice and grand. However the room and toilet are kind of old fashioned. Luckily it was still quite clean. The laundry machine for washing and drying were separate. After wash you have to go and manually transferred to dryer :( and you can’t monitor the washing status through tv. 2 other hotels we stayed b4 have this service. The rooms and facilities needed an upgrade. Will not come back again.
