Everything's good. Simple place, but it met our needs for 1 night. Wonderful service!! Great shower, just a shower without a seal, which causes flooding in the bathroom, but other than that, everything is 100%.

Good option in Toledo. Very nice staff and great location. You can either walk into town or have close access to one of the escalators.

Me tocó la buhardilla. Para mí no tiene habitabilidad. Me fui de allí con dolor de espalda porque si no me agachaba me daba todo el tiempo tanto en la habitación como en el baño me daba con el techo. La limpieza tampoco me pareció la ideal. La primera noche una de las camas no tenia la sábana bajera y llamamos a recepción para que nos dieran una y no había nadie. Fueron muy tacaños con el papel higiénico porque se estaba terminando y no fueron capaces de poner otro rollo. Fui a recepción y no había nadie de nuevo.

Muy, muy sucio. Cuando entramos daba el pego porque las sábanas están cambiadas, pero andas descanzo 10 segundos para darte cuenta de que el suelo está lleno de pelos, migas, suciedad... El baño está reformado, pero sucio. Habitación enana. La puerta de la habitación no podía cerrarse con doble vuelta. La chica morena de recepción no sabía si podía cambiarnos de habitación, si podía llamar a alguien de mantenimiento... Total, que no hizo nada. además se equivocó al darnos el horario del desayuno... En fin, no volveremos.

La habitación estaba muy bien, muy limpia y ordenada a mi llegada. Pero lo que no me gustó es que estaba justo al lado del mostrador de recepción A15 en planta baja, se escuchaba todo el rato gente hablando, abrir y cerrar puerta, ruidos de caldera y tuberías, y una puerta de microondas todo el rato abriendo y cerrando a las 2 de la mañana. Fue un poco incómodo, pero en general la nota es aceptable para dormir una noche. La manguera del grifo de ducha está rota.
