除了在桐柏是個比較新點的酒店以外，其他的設施還有待提高，尤其服務人員的素質，走時忘給放卡了，給前台打電話馬上送回去，結果前台瞬間直接結賬扣除按金25元，走半路把房卡扔了，明明已打電話馬上回去給放卡，還這個操作！房間的味道很大！

整體感覺還是不錯的，到的比較晚，一開始服務員沒有給對房間，後來及時調整了。
建議/問題：
①入住需要交按金，現金交付的話沒有按金單（這個很奇怪）
②飲用水每個房間衹提供兩瓶，這個建議改善，現在大多數酒店都隨便喝水了，畢竟浪費的人還是少數吧。。成本也不高
③房間洗衣液是收費的，但是貼的標簽不明顯，長者不容易注意到，感覺&藏貓貓，不貴才五元，但是拉低感受度
④早餐比預期好，品質類似智選假日吧
大堂很氣派，房間也不錯，門口還有個公園和淮河！趕路或者商務入住都是不錯的選擇
在推薦下，酒店2公里有個譚鴨血自助！爽歪歪
