Tonglu Hotels with Pools

Although we only stayed for one evening it was a most pleasurable one. I have very basic Chinese language skills (i.e. None) but the staff were very patient and helpful. It also helped that I had taken a Chinese friend with me for the short break. Check in was swift and only took around 5 minutes considering I needed to provide all my documentation and covid codes etc. Again the staff were great an made us feel very welcome. The room was huge with two almost Double beds, a huge bathroom and giant circular bathtub as well as a shower. The mini bar was well stocked and there was a dressing room as well as robes, slippers etc. After a few minutes settling in we were treated to a gift of fresh fruit which was very much appreciated. The beds were super comfortable and we slept well after we returned from an evening out in Tonglu. In the morning the breakfast was typical Chinese buffet and was delicious though we didn't eat too much due to our previous evenings dinner. Even though I was clearly the only Westerner in the Hotel at that point I was made to feel very welcome by every single person I encountered....both staff and guests. I would highly recommend a stay here if you should ever visit Tonglu.

The location is very good, with a panoramic view of the mountains and a quiet environment. The housekeeper service is considerate and thoughtful. The three-bed room is large enough for a family of three. The room is well soundproofed, with air conditioning and floor heating. The facilities are complete. There are fruits, snacks and good night sweet soup every day. The breakfast is a set meal, and you can choose one of the four staple foods. It is very good. It is also convenient to eat near the B&B, and you can take the shuttle bus. Because it is inconvenient to go to the public restaurant for meals with pets, the housekeeper delivers them to the room every morning and evening. Thank you very much.

Seizing the tail of the holiday, I brought my children to Tonglu. As the most upscale resort hotel here, Conrad allowed our family to spend three comfortable and wonderful days and two nights. Although it has been opened for a few years, the maintenance is still relatively meticulous. The bedding is very comfortable, the air conditioning is powerful, and the supplies are generous. Even if there are some flaws in some details, the housekeeper Nora's thoughtfulness and meticulousness make it more than enough. Nora's thoughtful care throughout the whole process made this stay completely worry-free. From the coordination and arrangement before check-in to the follow-up at any time after check-in, it is almost responsive. Here I give a thumbs up to the thoughtful Nora 👍 The children also saw the hotel's cute alpacas Kang Kang and Lele as they wished. The hotel breakfast is until 10:30, which is very suitable for families on vacation, and there is no need to rush to get up early. During the meal, the meals are replenished in time, the food is quite rich, and the small bread printed with the Conrad brand logo is delicious. If I go to Tonglu again next time, I will definitely choose this one again.

It was raining outside the cloud in early spring, and there was a butler to help carry the luggage and open the umbrella. The homestay environment is great. The rammed earth is matched with black, the valley is particularly quiet, the bedding is very comfortable, very clean, and the facilities are complete. I slept so soundly. During breakfast, the mountains in the distance were still shrouded in clouds and mist. Before leaving, there was a gift, which was very loving. I want to go swimming in summer, and I really want to go to the Moganshan store. !

For those who come to travel, Trip booked a parent-child room for two days in advance. There is fish in the small park at the entrance of the hotel. The rest of the bread is used to feed the fish. Haha 😂 Check-in was very fast. At first, the book faucet on the eighth floor was a bit leaking. The master came to repair it. Lu Xinyi at the front desk had a good service. Actively helped change the room not noisy in the middle of the 7th floor! Welcome fruit 🍉, the bathroom faucet bath water is very large, the toilet aunt came to clean and disinfect, need disposable slippers and cotton swabs, razor can ask the service staff who clean up the room to ask for it, the room mineral water is free! The breakfast buffet in the morning is rich in categories, very wow!

After visiting Tonglu for the Nth time, I finally made my own decision and stayed at the Legend Hotel. The front desk lady took the initiative to upgrade us to a river view room. The interior decoration is similar to the style of a luxury hotel in Macau. There are complete leisure and entertainment facilities, as well as our favorite chess and card room, and the breakfast is also very good.

If there are many friends, it is very suitable to watch TV and play cards together. In addition, the room also has a large courtyard, and there is a lotus pond in the courtyard. The water lilies in the pond are blooming very well. It is also very pleasant to sit in the yard and do nothing, just drink tea and look at the mountains. When I was choosing a hotel, I read some reviews of other hotels. Many reviews said there were bugs, but this one didn't have any bugs, no bugs, no bugs! Book with confidence! The service was also very good. The hotel's breakfast was also very rich, with yogurt and fruit. The eggs should be authentic local eggs, very fragrant and delicious. For dinner, my suggestion is not to go out to find food, there is nothing good nearby. I heard from the tourists who stayed with me that the kitchen's cooking skills are very good and the dishes are delicious, so it is recommended to eat directly in the hotel, but you must book in advance, because you have to go down the mountain in advance to prepare the ingredients. It's all tears to say more. I didn't book in advance, so I drove down the mountain for half an hour to have a copper pot hot pot meal.
