It was a very comfortable experience. Although the room was not big, it was clean and orderly. I was mainly moved by the enthusiasm of the owner. We took a taxi from Suzhou to Dongzha. It was drizzling that day and it was drizzling that day. It was drizzling and it was the big brother who drove to pick us up. The guide was there all the way. We arranged the route carefully, first visiting Dongzha and then Xizha... which saved us a lot of planning. In the evening, we listened to the eldest sister telling us stories about Dongzha and some old memories of our neighbors (former residence of Mao Dun and former residence of Mu Xin). ) I feel deeply...Thank you very much, big brother and big sister, for making our trip more warm.

The location of this hotel is very suitable for traveling to Wuzhen. It is not far from the scenic spot; it is just a little bit inconspicuous. The guy at the front desk has a very good service attitude. He took the initiative to help carry the luggage upstairs and answered the questions patiently and meticulously.
But there were some hiccups when I checked in: when I entered the room to clean up the room, I found hair on the bed. Then I tried the other side of the bed, and there was hair again under the pillow. I took the initiative to contact the guy at the front desk to help solve the problem. The cleaning lady changed it again, but there were still two hairs. Forget it, I put it on myself with a four-piece suit. Then after taking a shower, when I entered the bedside, I accidentally fell. When I went to the shower room, I found that the floor was slippery. I wanted to tell the hotel staff immediately that it was too twists and turns. I was tired from the journey, so I decided to take a rest beforehand. However, the result was that , I went to the scenic spot in the evening and came back to inform the staff. It seemed that I had fallen down and the delay was too long. I was told that it was not true, but I still took a towel and solved the problem.
The room is close to the stairs, which is a bit noisy. In addition, the mirror in the room is opposite the bed🛏️ and the door, which feels weird.
Overall it's pretty good. Compared with accommodation in Hangzhou, it's considered the best accommodation among the best.

Facilities: Very good. Disposable bath towels and towels, disposable toilet covers, etc. are provided. There is a courtyard downstairs to dry clothes. The facilities are relatively new and the bathroom is large enough. The curtains in the house have weak light-blocking properties, which can be ignored if you go out early in the morning. The position of the air-conditioning outlet can be adjusted. Overall, I am satisfied!
Hygiene: Good, but the requirements for B&Bs should not be too high.
Environment: It is surrounded by commercial B&Bs and restaurants, which is very convenient. It is about 800 meters away from the entrance of the core scenic spot.
Service: Very good. The owner of the B&B picked us up at the bus stop. Thank you very much! The boss is warm and hospitable, and also provides a parent-child fan dyeing experience in Wuzhen.

The hotel is situated around 7-10 mins walk from the Wuzhen Scenic West Gate. There are plenty of eateries around. The hotel is modern and clean, thus for those who are looking for a cleaner and comfortable place to stay instead of inside the old style scenic area, this is the place to be.
However, there are two areas of improvements for the hotel. First being the variety of breakfast, it has a large spread but the items are the same if you are staying for 2 nights and having 2 consecutive breakfast. In addition, during the winter, the heater is turned on centrally thus guest unable to adjust the room temperature. At one point of the night, our room was as hot as 27.5 degrees Celsius even though the outside temperature is at zero degrees. Had to open the window to let some cool air in given that it became to hot and stuffy to sleep in.

Outstanding experience! What looked like a typical old town felt more like a Spa resort. We checked in at the Wuzhen area gate, the precess was very quick, after that a bus took us to the hotel. It was an old-looking building with modern commodities. Very warm (even in December) and very clean. Fangdong was very helpful and friendly, he helped with the luggage and made a tasty breakfast in the morning. The next day he helped to arrange our bags to be sent to the check-in area and we were enjoying our time free of worries (and heavy things). Since it was Christmas eve, the area had Christmas decorations and we were gifted with traditional apples. All this small actions added to our fascination of the beauty of Wuzhen. 11 out of 10! I wolf recommend this experience to everybody to enjoy at least once in a lifetime!

Big, clean rooms with full amenities. Curteous staff. Our room was in Building 2 and the lobby felt old in line with the look of the entire water town. The room, however, was modern, big, clean with full amenities. The bed and pillow was even adjustable for the firmness. The restaurant and lobby of the building where we had breakfast was 5 star quality. The breakfast buffet spread was excellent. Could have also skipped this breakfast for the experience at the morning market. Very enjoyable stay at the hotel. Only 1 thing, it is not worth to pay for the balcony room on the top floor as it opens to a garden and not the river (no view). It may be better to take a normal room on the ground floor by the river. Also have to take own luggage up the stair case if on top floor. Otherwise, excellent.

The hotel is a 3 floor building without lift. Not really a problem because they kindly help us bring the luggage to our room.
Room is spacious with big bed. Shower room is a little bit small but it’s fine for us.
Location is very close to the Xicha watertown entrance. Easy walking distance. Also many restaurants nearby, and costumes rental if you want to dress up with traditional chinese dresses while visiting Xicha. 😉

Lovely hotel and location in a quieter area. Overall friendly service and bell hop. Family room large and comfortable. Nice view from room especially at night. Location and hours information was not shared at time of check in re: swimming pool, gym, spa. Especially for foreigners, this would be appreciated as no info is provided in the room. Later when we asked, told pool opens at 1 pm and no morning swimming before ceck out. We chose the hotel partly because of pool and were disappointed. Buttons to clean room unclear if on or off. Room was not cleaned even after a phone call to reception confirming they would send someone. Very helpful customer service with sending items that were left behind in the room. Breakfast was excellent although a 5 min walk from hotel. Also a good western restaurant. Overall Wuzhen is a beautiful ancient water town well worth a visit.

RRaye JhongI traveled a lot with my wife for past few years and i rarely came across a hotel/homestay that are especially memorable to me. Eryou Homestay at Wuzhen is unexpectedly better than most hotel that i have paid for.
Location - Location is great. It is located right next to the 2nd entrance to Wuzhen Ancient Town (about 2-3 mins walk). Restaurant and convenient store can be found nearby the hotel as well.
Cleanliness - It is clean and comfortable.
Service - The lady owner is really passionate on her business. She took the extra step to carry our luggage up the room and she even making sure we have enough water and food all the time. P.S. to the owner : 感谢您的热勤服务
Facilities - I believe anyone who stayed here will be surprised how much effort/money in decorating/renovating their places. It is so pretty and comfortable. I can just chill/rest in their lobby/restaurant for a full day. They do serve tea as well if you planning to rest in their lobby area,
Food - The breakfast is very affordable and tasty. I highly recommend any future visitor to try their breakfast!
I will definitely stay at Eryou Homestay again if i ever plan to visit Wuzhen again!

1️⃣location: this hotel is not having 10 out of 10 location because it’s kind of hard for you to find Boba tea shop b/c it far away from the center 🥲🤣
2️⃣cleaness and Amenties: this hotel was giving me the feeling of a new and clean ,beautiful design hotel 💗.I really love the restaurant of this hotel because it has a lot of really delicious food even though my families is asian and they are not eating Chinese food much because it too oily and spicy 😅but we just fall in love with this restaurant .we especially love the lobster tofu and the vegetable soup🦞🤤
3️⃣ last but not least , their services and the enthusiasm of the receptionist - a young Chinese lady & a tall ,good English men, a Chinese men. they are all really friendly and always try to put effort to help us : to carry luggages, to explain when we ask where we should go to visit and what the food we should eat in the restaurant I just mentioned above, even though some of them are not speaking English but they still trying to translate for us because the menu is all Chinese. 💟🥇🥇✅My cousin bought 2 cakes but luckily he just paid for 1 because the seller said buy 1 get 1 free😚🤤
❤️🩹before we check out the hotel , my sister was wearing contact lens but she forgot eyes drop . one of the lovely receptionist drove her by his own car to the shop and help her to buy the eyes drop. She told me she’s been many 5 🌟 hotels but this one is incredible and deserve receive more guest and popularity.
😚lastly the receptionist help us to booked a car for my family five people and some big luggages . this review is so long but I have to mention that the driver is also really enthusiasm .
he drove us 1 hour 30 minutes to the skiing place. this is the first time we going to this place so he also helped us . finally he drove us 4 hours to our new hotel in Shanghai .He deserved the tips guys. 🥺
ME AND MY FAMILY LOVE THIS EDEN PLATINUM hotel SO MUCH , just a little bit mistake from the beginning is there is no one help us with our luggages when we first enter the hotel, then i asked them for help and they still so willing to do . i was so shock at first but everything was much better so i would still rate 9.5/10.

KKazzy travelerInspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath.
There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty).
Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb.
The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet.
Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.)
Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.)
There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

There are pick-ups and drop-offs to the surrounding Nanzha, Dongzha, Wucun, bus stations, etc. The location is good, it is very close to the No. 2 gate of the Xizha scenic area, and it is only a 3-4 minute walk away. The girl at the front desk is very nice and has various recommendations. If you ask, you will get a satisfactory answer. There is also Xiaojiu, my child. I loved it so much that I was reluctant to leave when I left ^_^

The room is clean and bright and most importantly! The toilet is also clean
The boss’s cooking skills are also quite good. When I feel hungry at night, I go down to eat. It feels like I’m at home.
When I left, the sister in the store gave me a small tiger mirror.

EESMLIts our 2nd time in Wuzhen, so we prefer staying a night is the best way or the only way for tourist to enjoy wonders of Wuzhen Watertown.
This hotel is located inside the watertown so you have the privilege to roam till late and as early in the morning.
Since its our first time staying in the hotel, we are not aware that the hotel has 2 entrances. We checked in at the common area, while our luggages will be transported to our designated hotels, since we only had a day to explore, without dropping to our hotel we go straight to the West part of Wuzhen water town.
This time we almost finish the whole area, and we felt so amazed with bands singing inside restaurants, and it turned out so well.
During the day, you can enjoy the old stone alley. We stayed in East gate, one unit has 3 rooms, 1 on the 1st floor (which we had), while 2 more rooms upstairs. Ground floor has a common area for morning tea time.
We choose the lower ground since it has balcony overlooking a part of the watertown. While for the room, definitely its expected to be old style, but its clean, with typical Chinese decor of 4 posts bed frame, which practically makes the room a bit crowded.
Breakfast is typical buffet type, good taste. Servers are very efficient, since guests coming in continuously. They're so attentive as soon as you finished your food, they'll surely cleans your plate out.
Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling.
The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. I can feel that Alila's staff really treat guests with true heart.
I still want to thank a boy who worked in the hotel bar. I'm sorry that I forgot his name. He patiently took beautiful photos of me on the afternoon of my arrival, recording my wonderful moment in the Alila Hotel.
I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there.
The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window.
When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.
