Lovely hotel and location in a quieter area. Overall friendly service and bell hop. Family room large and comfortable. Nice view from room especially at night. Location and hours information was not shared at time of check in re: swimming pool, gym, spa. Especially for foreigners, this would be appreciated as no info is provided in the room. Later when we asked, told pool opens at 1 pm and no morning swimming before ceck out. We chose the hotel partly because of pool and were disappointed. Buttons to clean room unclear if on or off. Room was not cleaned even after a phone call to reception confirming they would send someone. Very helpful customer service with sending items that were left behind in the room. Breakfast was excellent although a 5 min walk from hotel. Also a good western restaurant. Overall Wuzhen is a beautiful ancient water town well worth a visit.

Big, clean rooms with full amenities. Curteous staff. Our room was in Building 2 and the lobby felt old in line with the look of the entire water town. The room, however, was modern, big, clean with full amenities. The bed and pillow was even adjustable for the firmness. The restaurant and lobby of the building where we had breakfast was 5 star quality. The breakfast buffet spread was excellent. Could have also skipped this breakfast for the experience at the morning market. Very enjoyable stay at the hotel. Only 1 thing, it is not worth to pay for the balcony room on the top floor as it opens to a garden and not the river (no view). It may be better to take a normal room on the ground floor by the river. Also have to take own luggage up the stair case if on top floor. Otherwise, excellent.

Its our 2nd time in Wuzhen, so we prefer staying a night is the best way or the only way for tourist to enjoy wonders of Wuzhen Watertown. This hotel is located inside the watertown so you have the privilege to roam till late and as early in the morning. Since its our first time staying in the hotel, we are not aware that the hotel has 2 entrances. We checked in at the common area, while our luggages will be transported to our designated hotels, since we only had a day to explore, without dropping to our hotel we go straight to the West part of Wuzhen water town. This time we almost finish the whole area, and we felt so amazed with bands singing inside restaurants, and it turned out so well. During the day, you can enjoy the old stone alley. We stayed in East gate, one unit has 3 rooms, 1 on the 1st floor (which we had), while 2 more rooms upstairs. Ground floor has a common area for morning tea time. We choose the lower ground since it has balcony overlooking a part of the watertown. While for the room, definitely its expected to be old style, but its clean, with typical Chinese decor of 4 posts bed frame, which practically makes the room a bit crowded. Breakfast is typical buffet type, good taste. Servers are very efficient, since guests coming in continuously. They're so attentive as soon as you finished your food, they'll surely cleans your plate out. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

The hotel is very new and located at the innermost part of the scenic area, but it is very convenient to get in and out. Check in at the tourist center of the scenic spot, take a car to the hotel, and have your luggage delivered to the tourist center by the hotel when you leave, so you can take a leisurely stroll outside. The room facilities are very high-end, the mattress can be adjusted to soft or hard, Dyson hair dryer, L'Occitane toiletries, disposable bathtub cover and toilet seat, so considerate! The indoor heated swimming pool is very dedicated from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. You can buy it directly without bringing a swimsuit, and the price is quite reasonable. In addition, the breakfast is very rich, and there are not many people there during winter holidays and weekdays, making it a great trip for walking a baby.

The famous Wuzhen is a model of commercial operation. The hotel booked is also a hotel under the Wuzhen Tourism Group. This time I experienced a very unpleasant waiting process to check in. The staff's work procedures and language throughout the process are very mechanical, without any warmth. Checking in requires following various mini-programs according to the operating prompts and collecting various customer information, which is more troublesome than doing business in a bank! The package includes the set meal of Minghui Restaurant. When you go to the restaurant to eat, you will be asked for the room number for internal settlement. The guest's room number is private, and there is no need to tell outsiders. You can check the QR code screenshot in the mini-program to verify the name. The hotel facilities and equipment are generally satisfactory, and the staff are also very enthusiastic, but the breakfast is so-so, 88 yuan per person is not worth it, the taste is so-so, and the variety is not much. Children over 1.2 meters and under 1.4 meters are not charged half price, but 45 yuan.

An absolutely delightful experience at Wuzhen Shinetown clubhouse. Staff were amazingly attentive and welcoming. I had just stayed at the JW Marriott in Shanghai and I can confidently say their service is superior. Clubhouse is located in a very central location in Wuzhen so access to everything was super convenient. The restaurant food was one of the other highlight of the stay. Even if you don’t stay I highly recommend you make a special trip to their restaurant.

Room facilities: We booked a parent-child room. The room is quite large, with two double beds and a good view. There are also disposable utensils for children, especially a toiletry bag for children. The hotel actually uses Appelles toiletries, which are the same as what I use. The most important point is that this is the only hotel I have stayed in that provides disposable toilet seats, which is very much to my liking, but the hair dryer is not very good. I hope it can be improved. Parking: The car can be parked in the parking lot of Wucun Sales Office. The parking lot is quite large and free. There will be a special car to send it to the hotel. Breakfast: The special fruits and vegetables here are picked in one hour. All vegetables and fruits are picked from one hour to the table. They are very fresh and suitable for children. There are also baby tableware for children. There are many choices of meals. It should be the most abundant breakfast variety in domestic hotels I have stayed in. Service: My mother came back and said that the hotel Everyone is so warm and smiling. Every service staff here is very warm to children and adults. They will take the initiative to ask for help. When they see our children, they will take the initiative to say hello and chat with them. There is also a housekeeper Xiao Liu who will pick us up at the entrance of Wucun. WeChat service is 24 hours a day and all questions will be answered. When we leave, we also give Wucun's own rice. The price-performance ratio is still good. The package includes tickets to the two scenic spots of Xizha and Wucun, unlimited entry and exit during the stay, free boat tickets to Xizha, coffee bar drinks, and unlimited tour buses during the stay (I think this is particularly good, because Wucun and Xizha are not small, especially in summer, the hotel is in the scenic area, and basically the itinerary for these two days is in the scenic area. The on-call tour bus goes to various scenic spots and activity venues, and it is really trouble-free and labor-saving to bring a baby with you. Moreover, this tour bus can only be taken by hotel guests. If you are not a hotel guest, it is 10 yuan per person per time)

When we arrived in Wuzhen, we chose Jintang Hotel, which is located in the center of the scenic area. It really lived up to its reputation. Whether it was the location, room, service or food, it was all at a five-star level! Needless to say, the hotel rooms were well cleaned and the welcome gift was very detailed. I really liked the roselle tea in the hotel lobby. The hotel staff specially sent a pot to the room. The housekeeper provided good service and actively contacted us! I was careless. In fact, the hotel gave us tickets to Wu Village when we checked in... We also paid for them to go there. We didn't go to the morning tea house for breakfast. The breakfast in the hotel was excellent! Dinner in the hotel restaurant was also extraordinary. It was very delicious! This hotel is highly recommended.
