Big, clean rooms with full amenities. Curteous staff. Our room was in Building 2 and the lobby felt old in line with the look of the entire water town. The room, however, was modern, big, clean with full amenities. The bed and pillow was even adjustable for the firmness. The restaurant and lobby of the building where we had breakfast was 5 star quality. The breakfast buffet spread was excellent. Could have also skipped this breakfast for the experience at the morning market. Very enjoyable stay at the hotel. Only 1 thing, it is not worth to pay for the balcony room on the top floor as it opens to a garden and not the river (no view). It may be better to take a normal room on the ground floor by the river. Also have to take own luggage up the stair case if on top floor. Otherwise, excellent.

The room was clean and tidy, disposable face towels, disposable toilet pads, and round curved floor-to-ceiling windows. The place to stay is about 7 minutes away from Xizha Scenic Area. The scenery behind the yard is good. There are several shops next door to take makeup photos. The front desk lady was gentle, warm and patient, and gave a souvenir when she left the store.

Outstanding experience! What looked like a typical old town felt more like a Spa resort. We checked in at the Wuzhen area gate, the precess was very quick, after that a bus took us to the hotel. It was an old-looking building with modern commodities. Very warm (even in December) and very clean. Fangdong was very helpful and friendly, he helped with the luggage and made a tasty breakfast in the morning. The next day he helped to arrange our bags to be sent to the check-in area and we were enjoying our time free of worries (and heavy things). Since it was Christmas eve, the area had Christmas decorations and we were gifted with traditional apples. All this small actions added to our fascination of the beauty of Wuzhen. 11 out of 10! I wolf recommend this experience to everybody to enjoy at least once in a lifetime!

The location of this B&B is excellent, right next to Xizha, with a commercial street just outside the door. It is very convenient to eat and rent Hanfu. There are various room types to meet the needs of different people. The service attitude is warm and thoughtful, making people feel warm. I had a great time staying here. I highly recommend this B&B to everyone!

I had a great experience staying in this room also only 1 night.. The girl at the front desk were nice and friendly and the owner gave me discount 20% when had lunch or dinner. The room was clean, the hotel is facing the street but it's not loud at night. It is so quite. The wifi worked smoothly. You only need to walk for 5 minutes to Wuzhen and XiXia. Perfect place to have a relaxing moment after a big day of walking around Wuzhen, Xixia and DongXia. There are always many restaurants, small shop and coffee or milk tea places around the hotel.

Had the pleasure of staying in Wuzhen Zeilin viewing Pavilion boutique Hotel for one night. Upon arrival, the boss was very friendly and gave us local tips for around the Wuzhen area and future travel advice around Jiangsu. The hotel is just a short walking distance to the main Wuzhen Xizha tourist area. The room provided was very clean and spacious, with a large shower. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast downstairs for an affordable cost. The boss also provided a driver for us to travel to Suzhou. Highly recommended and would book again if we ever visit Wuzhen! 👍

Great service! The Lady at the front desk is very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is a 3 floor building without lift. Not really a problem because they kindly help us bring the luggage to our room. Room is spacious with big bed. Shower room is a little bit small but it’s fine for us. Location is very close to the Xicha watertown entrance. Easy walking distance. Also many restaurants nearby, and costumes rental if you want to dress up with traditional chinese dresses while visiting Xicha. 😉

We booked a triple room with two large beds and one tatami, which was spacious, comfortable, clean and sanitary, very good! The front desk service was also very good, and problems were handled promptly. The breakfast was also very good and delicious. In short, it is a simple but not simple hotel worth recommending. The hotel is very close to Gate 2 of the Xizha Scenic Area, just across the street. It is especially convenient for people over 70 years old to redeem free tickets, because they can only be redeemed at the customer service center here.

Facilities: Very good. Disposable bath towels and towels, disposable toilet covers, etc. are provided. There is a courtyard downstairs to dry clothes. The facilities are relatively new and the bathroom is large enough. The curtains in the house have weak light-blocking properties, which can be ignored if you go out early in the morning. The position of the air-conditioning outlet can be adjusted. Overall, I am satisfied! Hygiene: Good, but the requirements for B&Bs should not be too high. Environment: It is surrounded by commercial B&Bs and restaurants, which is very convenient. It is about 800 meters away from the entrance of the core scenic spot. Service: Very good. The owner of the B&B picked us up at the bus stop. Thank you very much! The boss is warm and hospitable, and also provides a parent-child fan dyeing experience in Wuzhen.

Lovely hotel and location in a quieter area. Overall friendly service and bell hop. Family room large and comfortable. Nice view from room especially at night. Location and hours information was not shared at time of check in re: swimming pool, gym, spa. Especially for foreigners, this would be appreciated as no info is provided in the room. Later when we asked, told pool opens at 1 pm and no morning swimming before ceck out. We chose the hotel partly because of pool and were disappointed. Buttons to clean room unclear if on or off. Room was not cleaned even after a phone call to reception confirming they would send someone. Very helpful customer service with sending items that were left behind in the room. Breakfast was excellent although a 5 min walk from hotel. Also a good western restaurant. Overall Wuzhen is a beautiful ancient water town well worth a visit.
