First of all, this is not a hotel, but an apartment in a residential building. Check-in is remote, with the payment of a security deposit to be returned at check-out. I waited an hour and a half with my family in the lobby, including three children, for them to recognize the deposit ($300) I had made. We were already tired and nervous, I almost gave up on staying, but it was already paid for, so we stayed. After checking out, the difficulty of getting the deposit back began. First they said it would take 3 to 4 days. Then they apologized for the delay, but said that the deposit was being processed. Ten days have passed and I still haven't received my money back. I feel cheated, ripped off, disrespected. Trip.com should delete this site from its platform immediately, because they are not reputable professionals and they do not respect their customers, and they take unagreed values. Never book this place! Run away! Guaranteed trouble! I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!
