We stayed at Sheraton for 3 nights, we came at 2:20pm and were able to check in. We had a room with the view to the square. Everything was clean, we had all necessary amenities in the room. Room was cleaned every day, as well as towels were changed, the bed was made and bottled water was provided. We've booked the room with breakfasts, that was a good decision, they were big and delicious! The swimming pool and gym area is also nice, they provide towels. At the time of check in they take a deposit ($100 per night) and return once the room is checked by them at check out. Location is amazing, walking distance to all downtown attractions, 5 minutes to subway. There are two options of parking: 1) valet parking ~ $70/day and they can charge your car (if it's an electric one), no additional fee for charging or 2) public parking which is located right under the hotel for ~$30/day + additional fee to charge a car.
To sum up - it's a nice place to stay!

A very busy hotel in a good location. Breakfast selection was pretty good. Staff was helpful but seemed a bit overwhelmed. Wrongly charged for accidentals.

Bad review of the hotel. Ctrip offers two breakfasts but he only gives you one. When you communicate with him, he cancels the room you booked later! I have never seen a confirmed room that I paid for! Cancelled without reason! They said the room was full but the room was still on sale on the app! I have never had such an experience!
