Honestly, one of the worst experiences in a hotel I could have ever imagined. The check in process was less than welcoming. Our room keys were deactivating all night. But the nastiest part of The Town Inn Suites was the cleanliness of the room. I don’t even know where to begin… there was hair all over the walls and ceiling in the bathroom, blood and toothpaste dried and caked to the wall, adjacent to the hairdryer. There was faecal matter encrusted in one of the “clean” hand towels. The mirrors and windows were filthy and in bad need of some Windex. I addressed my concerns only upon checkout, as I was informed by hotel staff I had booked the last available King Suite, and therefore would not be able to switch rooms (or so I was under the assumption of). Truly, hands down, an unforgettable experience!

The hotel didn’t recognize my booking and was told that my booking is canceled at 11pm upon check in. Was very frustrated to hear such nonsense after arriving from a late night arriving flight. The issue got resolved a day after.

The location is very good. Subway Line 1 and Line 2 are nearby. The room is spacious and bright. There are not many types of breakfast. Since the dining space is not large, you can eat in the upstairs room. It is very suitable for family outings.

The room is clean and spacious. It is located in the urban area. It is very convenient to go everywhere. This is the first time I come to Toronto. I believe I will choose this place again in the future.

The room is not new, but the facilities are complete. The room is spacious, the suite room is good, the location is good, and the service is satisfactory. However, the hygiene still needs to be improved. It would be better if the room can be equipped with mineral water.

The location of the room is good, the room is big. However, the bathroom is very small, the hot water is small, the hair dryer is broken, the room is cleaned every other day, only the kitchen trash can is cleaned, the bathroom trash can is not cleaned, the table in the restaurant is not wiped, and the towels I brought are cleaned up. And took away, never encountered such a thing.

The location is good, the room is relatively large. Other than that, nothing special, the breakfast is mediocre, and the hotel doesn't actually have a gym.

Great stay. Large apartment which was well equipped. Comfortable beds, hot showers and quiet. Lifts always available and bringing breakfast back to room worked fine for us. Only negative was not enough sofa space for a family of 5 despite the apartment being huge. Close to subway and supermarkets.

Our initial experience was not good. The room we were assigned was deficient in a few aspects - lacking furniture, broken lamps and the entrance door that jammed. When the problems could not be fixed we were given an upgraded room which was quite acceptable.

Room was very cozy and spacious definitely worth the price for its size and space. Unfortunate that the balcony was locked. The cleanliness was fair aside from minor smudges and dust on picture frames and in the tight corners of the beds. Also hair on the bed. And small pieces of food in the microwave

Staff were friendly. The suite we stayed in was clean but very empty so noise echoed. Had to ask for things like toilet paper and coffee as housekeeping only did the minimal cleaning.
