I loved it, clean , and very nice hotell. Location was absolutely amazing and the receptionist was amazing too.

Always enjoy staying here. Our room this time wasn’t as well kept as others that we’ve been in. We booked a room with a bathtub but didn’t end up using it. It looked like it was quickly repainted and the paint was peeling as we showered. The only vent in the washroom which is inside the shower had a hefty amount of dust built up. Regardless, these minor inconveniences don’t take away from the value this hotel offers, we always enjoy our stay.

This hotel has regular housing option, with very convenient location access. The north York Centre station is right below

Hotel is above the North York Centre subway station (line 1). The hotel staff were helpful and kind. Room was clean and comfortable.

Horrible stay. Check-in process messed up and asked for our ID again to scan. Carpet was extremely dirty in the room. Found hair in the bathtub. Couldn’t even take a shower cause the shower head broke. The maintenance guy came in and out of the room multiple times saying that he will be back with the tools and/or right parts…. Like seriously? You just cant bring them all with you in the first place? Front desk was helpless when we requested for the room change. The hotel just had to get two things right. Provide clean and hot shower and comfortable bed. Epic failure. Never will stay in this hotel ever again nor recommend to anyone.

The keycard always not working. Whenever I back to the hotel I will need to ask people to help me open the door. I call the room service to get some water then the receptionist asks me to go downstairs to grab it myself. Also, water is not free. Never went to a hotel that need to pay for the water.

Location is perfect

I enjoyed the stay as it's right on top of the subway. The room is clean and tidy, however there is not any suck for the bath tub. I asked for a water boiler, which made me surprise as there was trash tea leaves inside, a little bit disgusting. Overall is clean. Gym and pool is quite old, some machines were out of service. Room view is awesome.

This is a very old hotel and the facilities in the room are very poor. The first one I stayed in, the air conditioner not working. They changed me to another room then the bath tub is clogged. Besides, no fan in the toilet. Very poor hotel all in all except the location. The value and the price does not match at all.

The hotel is located above the metro station and with lots of restaurants within walkable distance. We arrived earlier than the checkin time and they allowed us to have early checkin. The room is renovated trendily.
