I was a bit nervous about staying here at first because of the reviews I've read. But the staff are actually nice and kind. I was surprised to see how clean the rooms were every day. I stayed in a six-female bedroom where the bathroom was only covered by a clear door and a curtain. It was not that comfortable, but it wasn't that bad too. I stayed there for a few days, and I can honestly say that I had a really decent stay. It is near everywhere, too, especially to a street car and easily accessible from and to the airport. The only concern that I can share is the bunk beds being too noisy or shaky when someone moves. It had woken me up a few times. But this isn't something that has affected me much. So overall, it was a good stay.

Location: Queen Street West, the trendiest street in Toronto. The big sign is a little rusty. Service: Although there is no elevator on the second floor, if you have a large suitcase, the waiter will take the initiative to help you lift it up. Facilities: 6 women per room, with toilet in the room. If you need towels, rent them for $5. There is no room key, you only need the password sent to your mobile phone to enter the room.

This is the worst hotel I have ever encountered! I don’t know if the receptionist is the boss or the staff, but he is a vicious middle-aged man👨🏻As expected, there is no good product when it is cheap!

It's a good place to stay for a day! The female dormitory toilet is inside, but it's a bit embarrassing because it's open! It's okay to sleep though

It's not a Ramada. The name has changed. And the staff are very unfriendly and the guests are scary. When we came, the cops came and we heard all the fighting in the next room. It doesn't seem to be near the airport at all.

We chose by price serious consideration. The staff was nice and the room was warm. Towel rental costs $6. There is no hair dryer, towels, shampoo or body soap. If you just want to sleep, I think you'll be fine here. Not recommended for people who want to take a shower.

I want to address the unprofessionalism in telling me I would receive a refund for the seven nights I didn't stay on March 25, 2024. I only stayed for four nights out of the eleven. You mentioned giving me a refund because someone else had booked my bed, promptly moving my belongings out. Had I known you wouldn't refund me, I would have stayed those seven nights. It's unacceptable to deceive me, especially when trying to contact you via *******. Initially, you identified as Tim, but when ******* called asking for you, the owner claimed no one by that name worked there, stating you are Bob. We spoke twice on the phone, and I was assured of a refund. It's my mistake for not requesting written confirmation of your words before leaving. I'm disappointed by the lack of response to my calls now. Please provide the promised refund.

No issues with my stay whatsoever. Communication was good, no question left unanswered. Had a top bunk bed, the metal steps were somewhat uncomfortable but the bed itself was satisfactory. Plenty of outlets for power.
