We loved the place, clean, easy access for our needed. Friendly people. We enjoyed every single moment.

I booked online on a late night and arrived at the hotel. They refused to allow me in, said this is a private residence. I had to leave and book another hotel that night. And they still charged my card. Need my money back immediately.

Even though I went there suddenly, it was a good place to stay. The location was good and all the facilities in the room were good. The CN Tower was also visible from inside the room.

According to the address given by the hotel, I can't find it at all, there is a burger place: South Street Burger. I called and found out that it is located at 300 Front St diagonally across from the burger shop (the hotel also emailed me later, showing the address as 300 Front St). Check in, put things down, ask for Wi-Fi. The front desk said: No Wi-Fi. I came back after going out and found my suitcase thrown in the corridor. A note next to it: It was given to the wrong room, someone else lives here. Now please hand over the original keys and go to the front desk to change rooms. Checking the luggage thrown in the corridor, I found that my favorite water glass was lost.
