Booked a suite and got something much less, called me four times while I was at a concert and threatened to throw my friends and I stuff into the street. Had to leave our 380$ concert early to get our stuff before he threw it away. Room was gross and over heated, terrible customer service. Pushed us aside for someone who spoke the same language as him. Absolutely the worst hotel/customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s in a super sketchy part of town yet, deemed safe. Don’t book here unless you expect bad customer service and bad rooms/bad area. DONT BOOK HERE
